3 Ways to Redesign Your Life by Shedding the Excess
"Don't let him lose his happiness depends on you."
As far as I can remember, "more", was always a good thing, but the word "more" is no longer what it used to be.
It was five years ago, I started to play football for the first time in my life. At first, I was counting down the minutes until the end of the program. However, at the very least, I'm stronger, and I have been living in the gym for longer and longer.
For a while, and I was burning more calories than in the republic of Azerbaijan in the meal plan. It doesn't matter. I tried to do my best, I loved the effect it had on my body and my soul. I feel healthy and energetic.
But more of my life, I can say that I have never stopped.
I was burnt out. A few of my favorite activities, like reading, or making plans with friends, and has taken a step backwards in terms of the hours spent in the gym. However, it took less and less time to work out, and it scared me, as silly as it sounds right now. It's going to be less and less time for the gym, slowly, my health and energy levels? I'm going to lose a push?
When one of my loved ones began to moan, and I knew that I had to change some things.
I have found that I am able to do more with less in the gym. I have found that my body appreciates the opportunity to rest more than I ever could have expected. I found balance in my life is much more relaxed.
Over a period of time, I have found that in a lot of areas of my life, to say the least. The drag-and-drop in his life was to take a drop, in which every step is even more demanding.
The build-up is required, a positive, can substantially provide the necessary freedom. Here are the three domains of life, in which you can change:
1. Contacts
Growing up, my friends and I could think of and compare how many of the toys we had, and how many of the books we read, the good prices, which we did. It is only now, decades later, when I have given up the habit, and I also think that "people" are even better.
I quit my job, started my own business, I never would have thought of that, my biggest obstacle would be the people who would choose me to live with them along the way. When I came across this barrier, and I got a great deal of courage to break down the wall, so that I was held back.
The people we meet and hang out with, become a part and parcel of our daily lives. It does not mean that they need to be. The choice is yours.
Jim Rohn once said, "You are the average of the five people you spend most of your time." If this is the case, it may be that your relationship needs to be better to know? You are able to choose the people you surround yourself with?
2. Your Material Wealth
Someone once said to me, "It's the fastest way to get a pay raise is not to spend the money."
The places of work in the past year, and how you spend your money. It was a blessing in disguise.
Every time I'm on the line, to find a beautiful new bag-I just like it for yourself, "Did I try to find the one for this purse? I would like to know how I feel about it."
Over time, this has spread to the material goods that I already have, which is what it is, I hope to get to. I had a few things to do that would be of help to those who need it. Living in a third world country has made the process easier and it gave me the opportunity to give of myself to others.
