21-Day Challenge! What Motivate's You!?
It takes 21 days to turn something into a habit. It takes 90 more days to make it a life-changing habit. Everyone has one thing in their life that they could change or work on. Pick one thing in your life that you could do every day for 21 days.
It can be as simple as saying something positive every day to exercising every day. Find what you want to change or make better in your life, then find how you are going to do that, such as waking up one hour early to go for a jog, or writing one positive quote on a sticky note and hanging it on your mirror.
Once you reach your 21-day mark, keep going for 90 more days! Don't stop now! Keep Going! Remember, your a fighter!!
In this 21-day challenge, you will find that your mind is your own worst enemy! Your mind is the battleground and you must win that battle every day! New levels bring new devils! Don't make excuses just adjustments! Challenge yourself! Quit accepting this life that was handed to you, and make it better! YOU have the power within yourself to do that!
Look at your life as the hokey pokey song. At the end of the song, it says to put your whole self in, put your whole self out, put your whole self in and turn yourself around.
My favorite motivational speaker Eric Thomas says it best when he says, "Recycle your pain." "Don't be average, don't be good, don't be great, be phenomenal!"
Just remember discipline determines your success. You have within you the knowledge, the power, and the ability to make things better!
Life is going to knock you down PERIOD. It's life on life's terms. Get used to it! You got choices! The choice to let life keep you down, or the choice to get back up and do it again and again, and each time you get up again and again you get stronger and stronger!
Or, you get weaker and weaker, cause you let life keep you down. What we don't realize, is that we have complete control over how we choose to live our lives. We get caught up in the daily drama around us we tend to get sucked into that and lose focus on our end goals. Depression kicks in, anxiety kicks in, and we start to lose hope.
Our brains are like computers what we put into it is what we get out of it, so if we are not careful about what we feed into our brains we will become our own worst enemy.
Ask yourself this question; Who are you? Where are you? What are you doing? Do you like who you are? Do you like where you are? Do you like what you're doing?
What is it that you want to change in your life, right now?
I spent years in a dark place. I was so depressed and filled with so many emotions I didn't know how to handle. I thought I was the only one going through what I was going through. I just wanted it to stop! I wanted the tears to stop. I wanted the fears to go away. I wanted to have the motivation to even get out of bed.
I wanted it so bad that I finally said "Enough is enough!" Instead of laying there day dreaming of tubing down the river, I said I'm gonna do it, and I did! I quit making excuses and I started to come up with ways on how to do the things I wanted to do. I stopped making excuses and started making adjustments.
For my 21-day challenge, I am going to work out for twenty minutes a day. I am going to drink at least three bottles of water a day. I am even going to smoke one less cigarette a day for 21-days. I will make adjustments instead of excuses. I will remember to fight the enemy inside my head every day. I have control over myself. I will win this battle.
Find your 21-day challenge. Challenge yourself. Become whoever you want to become. Transform yourself. Quit making excuses and start making adjustments! Ready! Set... GO!!!!
