Short love story with moral lesson

By muzahid fahimPublished 8 months ago 3 min read

Once upon a time, there was a young couple named fahim and hafsa. They met in college and fell deeply in love. They promised to each other that they would love and support each other no matter what happens.

After graduation, fahim landed a job in a different city, and hafsa stayed back in their hometown. The couple continued their long-distance relationship, talking on the phone every day and texting each other all the time. They promised to be faithful and to wait for each other until they could be together again.

Months passed, and fahim became busier with his job, while hafsa was struggling with her studies. They started to drift apart, and their conversations became less frequent. One day, fahim received a call from hafsa. She sounded sad and distant.

“fahim, I’m sorry,” she said. “I’ve met someone else, and I don’t think I can keep my promise to you anymore.”

fahim was heartbroken. He couldn’t believe that hafsa had broken their promise. He tried to convince her to give their relationship another chance, but hafsa was determined to move on. fahim was devastated, but he respected her decision.

Years passed, and fahim moved on with his life. He found a new job, made new friends, and even started dating again. But he never forgot hafsa and the promise they had made to each other.

One day, fahim received a call from hafsa. She was crying, and her voice was shaky.

fahim, I need you,” she said. “My husband has left me, and I don’t know what to do. I remembered the promise we made, and I knew you were the only one who could help me.”

fahim was surprised to hear from hafsa, but he didn’t hesitate to help her. He flew to her city and stayed with her for a few days. He comforted her and helped her through her difficult time.

As they spent time together, fahim realized that he still loved hafsa, and she felt the same way. They talked about their past, their mistakes, and the promise they had made to each other.

hafsa, I know we’ve both made mistakes, but I still love you,” fahim said. “I want to keep our promise and be there for you always.”

hafsa looked at him with tears in her eyes. “fahim, I love you too,” she said. “I’m sorry I broke our promise. I never should have given up on us.”

fahim and hafsa reconciled, and they got married a few months later. They kept their promise to each other and remained faithful and supportive throughout their lives.

Moral Lesson: Promises are sacred and should never be broken. It’s essential to keep your word, even when it’s difficult or inconvenient. True love and loyalty are built on trust and keeping promises.

"You will never message me again."

Once, I told someone in a very angry tone,

Once, I told someone in a very angry tone, "You will never message me again."

The girl got hurt and didn't message me again after that. Even though she used to wait every day,Maybe I'll give him permission myself.

If I gave him a story, he would do the scene before everyone else.

If I posted something, he would react before anyone else, but then immediately remove the reaction.

He did this because he couldn't forget me.

I couldn't forget some sentences, some words that were said only to me.

Whatever I heard would annoy me or move my mind. Every time he would think of me only with those words.

While waiting, he realized at some point that I wouldn't give him permission anymore.

He stopped waiting after that. He also stopped watching my story. He also stopped reacting to the post and removing it.

probably she realized that she was waiting for a wrong man.

Suddenly, I proved him wrong and one day I called him. He took out his arrogance on me for a long time, puffing up his chest.

That day I first felt,

"The greatest thirst in the world is the thirst to talk to someone for a little while."
