What is your favourite tea or juice? Or perhaps you prefer milk and cocoa? Or maybe a vegetable or fruit smoothie?

tea or juice ?

Write in the comments what your favourite tea is. Or maybe juice? Or perhaps you prefer smoothies? Some of you like milk or cocoa? And if you have something else that your country is famous for, or you simply love to drink and enjoy the ritual associated with it, share it with me in the comments.

I would love to know what your favourite drink is. You can also write what you like to drink it with, whether it's salty or sweet snacks, chocolate-covered nuts or dessert.

For example, I love drinking different types of tea, sometimes plain, sometimes a blend of oolong, pu-erh, white pu erh, gen mai, matcha or ginseng tea, depending on the season, as well as tea with chrysanthemum, mint, chamomile, goji berries, hibiscus and yerba and rose tea. I also love water itself, especially energising water, on days when I need more energy so I use a talisman or special meditation to turn it into healthy chi medicine or alkaline water. These rituals I wish will be more often in my daily being, like today I can literally give time for water meditation from a deep thinking mediative pure free state of mind it becomes a real paradise, the space for it all just to be in the being with whole in love and harmony

I also love cocoa, almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk and coconut juice. However, recently seldomly I was drinking them, maybe as of hot season now entering fall winter they will have a better chance to be more often in my menu..

As a smoothie, I used to love avocado with blueberries, but I don't drink it anymore as it depends on where you live. I love carrot and beetroot juice, it has a silky taste, is very smooth and healthy, and gives me lots of energy. I also love dragon fruit juice, but we don't have it where I live, so I can only dream about it, haha. I think I really love mango juice, but I can't even remember the last time I drank it, so instead I eat fresh mangoes and all kinds of green smoothies, which I have also replaced with raw foods, depending on the season.

To be honest, I am more interested in what you, my readers, like to drink and eat and learn about other cultures, rituals and so on, but yes, these are my tastes. I also like pear compote, and when I was little, I loved strawberry or cherry. I also like water with chia or cinnamon. I haven't been drinking it very often lately, but I thought I'd add it back into my daily life because it really helps with healing and gives me energy. Chia contains magnesium and phosphorus, so it is very beneficial.

I also like to drink noni juice, but I can only drink the one when you give a small shot of it daily, as they don't grow where I live.

For recovery after an illness, disease, or in general, kudzu is very good, and I like to drink it from time to time it is used for people who want to stop smoking or drinking or when you have migraines, but you need to use it carefully, as everyone's stomach works differently

I don't drink alcohol, nor do I smoke, but I think it might really work

in Japan, they use kudzu root in almost every possible meal or soup.

I also like water with ginger, cucumber or limone kind of obvious but wanted to mention and water with cucumber left overnight becomes alkaline so it again helps for gerd for example

if it goes about what I eat with tea

For a while, I mainly ate sweets and cakes, but I usually like to drink tea after a meal an hour later or so because it puts me in a meditative state, transports me to another culture and allows me to observe what is happening there – the colours of the leaves, flowers, hibiscus, roses, how the water changes colour to red, green, purple. I love watching it and even photographing it. Recently, I have been using nuts, goji berries or fruit, or Minh Ngoc golden dragon powder or just dark chocolate while drinking tea, but sometimes it's a part of my practice, so i just like the pure form of it and keep my mind where it takes me for a moment

Wuhoo, I can't believe I wrote that much. Probably, I could write many other things still, but it's time for you, my readers. If you want to share in comments or story, feel free to do it as you feel like. Thank you so much !

Wishing everyone a great day full of love sunshine or rain can be both beautiful and a moment in the being of the now with your favourite tea etc

Hey, I hope you are well ♥️ My husband and I drink tea and coffee everyday. For tea, we would have either Tetley or Yorkshire tea. Biscuits. We like to have sweet biscuits. Sometimes biscoff, sometimes shortbread fingers. Water meditation does sound interesting. It isn't a practice that I do, but I don't mind others doing it. It's fascinating. I've had oat milk. It's quite nice. At first I didn't think I would like it. You seem to be very healthy, especially when reading that you like to drink beetroot juice. I looked up pear compote to see what's inside, and it sounds delicious. We don't do smoothies as such. It's very rare and when we do it's usually from the store. I perked up at kudzu, because I struggle a lot with migraines. So this is very good to know. Although I won't be able to get there where I am. I also really like the taste and colour of hibiscus tea. It's very relaxing just looking at the colour. I love how much you know about your body. Proud of you for writing this much 🤗❤️

  • I too don't drink alcohol or smoke. By default, my favourite drink is water, especially ice water. I love coffee, with creamer but no sugar. I love sweet drinks too but nothing fruits or vegetables based
