And you will not leave puddles of sweat behind on the bench after you are done pressing.Your fellow gym-goers will appreciate this because they will not have to wipe up the bench that you drenched with sweat.This will also save you the hassle of wiping the bench you have just used.
3.Right Clothes To Show Off That Six Pack
Guys who frequent the gym love showing the results of their hard work.They like showing off their muscular chest,arms and their well defined six pack.Some guys are so confident that they start wearing fishnet shirts or barely-there tank tops.These are the types of clothes that will make most women rolls their eyes at you as a man.Women do not like seeing men in tank tops or fishnets.The gym is a very social place these days. 4. The Right Footwear
Flip-flops sandals and boots should never be worn to the gym.Proper gym footwear should be worn.Proper footwear ensures you have a great workout without straining or even injuring your feet.There are no exceptions at all.If you are not running or cycling, choose a pair of cross-trainers that are comfortable and supportive.Sports shoes and sneakers are the best types of shoes for the gym.You would rather workout without shoes than wear the wrong type of shoe while working out.But there you can't use the treadmill barefoot.
5. Good Outerwear When Leaving The Gym
A good number of people do not shower at the gym.If you do not shower at the gym.It is good to pick out a dedicated jacket to put on when you leave.You have to leave the gym in style and in something that will be easy to clean once you put it on top of your sweaty workout clothes.Buy a stylish performance jacket that’s warm enough to ward off the chill when you leave the gym.And one that does not keep you sweating on your way home.This jacket will also be great for hiking and outdoor workouts.
6.A Gym Bag
When going to the gym you need to have a gym bag.A gym should be small enough to carry the little essential things a guy will be needing while at the gym.It should have space for a water and protein shake bottle,a wiping cloth or small towel.In the gym bag is where you will put your cellphone during your workout session.You can also put the jacket that you will wear when leave the gym in the gym bag.The size of the bag will depend on the essentials you carry to the gym.
