The Natural Oils Your Body Is Missing
What They Can Do For Your Body & Soul

Your body is comprised of a lot of different tissues, ligaments, cells, and oils. To keep yourself healthy, your body needs the proper nutrients from food and your body also needs oils. These oils come in a variety of different forms, such as pills, capsules, and some which can be found in food.
If you are missing some of these essential oils, your body will let you know. You may experience brittle hair, dry skin, and even have trouble falling asleep at night.
Here are some ways to make sure your body is getting all of the care it needs:
Your Hair
This is such an important part of your health, because dry or fragile hair can be a pain to live with on a daily basis. Usually, your hair is weak or even extra oily because it is trying to tell you that something is wrong.
Take a look at your hair care routine. What are you using and doing, and how do you treat your hair? Maybe you are using a shampoo that is full of harmful toxins that are not found naturally. If this is the case, try using a carrier oil, such as coconut oil, to massage your scalp and add essential oils for your hair into that carrier oil. This can help beat a flaky scalp, rough ends, and even extra oily hair.
Lavender
We already know that lavender has so many uses and it can be used on your body when used properly. You will only want to use high quality essential oils such as Young Living Essential Oils when you are using them on your body or ingesting them.
Lavender is a great essential oil to use for body care products such as lotions, hair care, and all natural perfume. It can help calm your senses to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.
Peppermint
This is one of the most basic oils because it can also be used in many different ways. Peppermint oil is great to use if you are feeling a little stressed, need to cool down, or want to feel a little more energized. You can spray this on your pillow right before you go to bed or apply it to your feet to get a better night’s rest.
You can also add it into your cooking to help soothe and relax your digestive system. If you have an upset stomach that is minor, you can use peppermint essential oils in a capsule to help your digestive system calm itself without taking medication that can be harmful to your body in the long run.
Your Diet
Variety is the spice of life, this can also be applied to cooking and the spices that you use. There are so many different ways to use essential oils in cooking such as baking. If you are making something that is a little sweet, maybe some orange rolls, you can add some essential oils that contain citrus for an extra boost of flavor and wellness. If you are cooking, feel free to add herbal essential oils into your bread, salads, and anything that uses that spice or herb such as basil or oregano.
Your Soul
You may be feeling a little sad or even tired from time to time. This is your body trying to tell you that your soul needs some feeding. There are a variety of ways you can feed your soul and also incorporate essential oils. Certain blends are focused on promoting uplifting scents that can help you become more aware of yourself and your surroundings.
Giving your body the nutrients and oils that it so desperately needs is a great way to live your life. You will notice a difference as your body responds to these wonderful oils it thrives on.
