From the towers to the high priestess
In a very highly stimulated world it is very difficult to find out exactly what you want out of life. Which can lead to repeated mistakes and choices that keeps us low vibrational, and regretful on our death bed. Just you and ”would have ” ”could have” and ”should have” in your bed. Well I refuse to have that happen to me. The result of all this direction could be blocking prosperity, peace, love, and acceptance of yourself. I could not hear my heart at one point in life it was just too fucking noisy. Me and my world were a mess and it was threatening my life.

why everyone should wake up with Niall Breslin
I am a big believer in the concept that people, experiences, books, films, apps, even memes come at us at the right time. And after a lockdown binge on the substantially steamy series of ‘Normal People,' not only did I think it would ever be possible for me to fall any deeper for the Irish accent, but would anyone ever fill the void of the poetically lulling, soft sounds of the male protagonist Connell? His soothing and meticulous manner of speaking left me questioning whether to re-watch the series, but I had a trajectory of Netflix selections and iPlayer recommendations that I was working through and wasn’t sure if it was appropriate for me to re-watch the somewhat muggy moments of the fresh out of exams duo…

We Have A Busy Mind
Go ahead and close your eyes. Yes, close them and take some breathes in and out. When you're breathing in you're energizing the body and when you breathe out you relax the body and with each breath relax more and more. Now as you're taking breathes what happens? For me what happens is it gives me a magnifying glass of all my thoughts. A girl and deep good friend in Australia once was laying on a pool deck some years ago by a pool, looking out at the sea and exclaimed "There's a lot going on in the world, but there's more happening in my mind." I don't think she's alone. We all have this I do believe. That's what happens to me the moment I close my eyes. There's all these thoughts happening in there. Okay now open your eyes and now seek to be focused. Get onto here for instance and try to write some words down. Can you do it? Likely you can't as your mind wants to be busy. It's struggling for satisfaction. It may persist saying "Perhaps if I get on this video channel and listen to someone else's video this will quench my satisfaction." or often it views the first part of focus as.. "step one... open the refrigerator". Yes I've been there too many times. Our mind is busy and also it wants to be busy. We want instant gratification. We want sex now! We want food now! We want money now! We never have enough and if we have enough we're clutching onto it and hoping some wind doesn't come that blows it all away. Meditation as it turns out isn't really about quieting the mind, but more so, seeing the mind and by seeing I mean wondering where thoughts come from.

Landscape Meditation
Meditation has really helped me through some tough times over the last year. It has also been very helpful when my thoughts keep me up at night. Taking the time for myself each day to meditate has really changed the way I look at things and also the way I view and handle stress. I really love the time for myself and my brain each day. It has been a great addition to my self-care routine. My brain seems much happier because of it.

Mindfulness Can Relieve Stress
Mindfulness is a moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, experiences and environment without judgement. Often, we live but are not present in our living. Practicing mindfulness lets us become more aware of our everyday lives a moment at a time.

Heart and Brain
Follow your heart but bring your brain along with you. I’m sure all of us have heard that term one time or another in our lives. People say that but when you really think about it, that’s not how most of us were taught in the west.(western hemisphere)

Defining My Style - Introducing Relational Flow
All this time during the COVID crisis is being put to good use. I have been going through what I want to teach, advance, and streamline as a personal style. What you have here is the foundation of that work. Relational flow extends from the universe that connects to us and explores the connection we grow aware of. Guided sessions are content, skill, and technically dependent on the development of establishing the experience that becomes present awareness. Using a relational perspective allows us to contrast who we are at any given moment and ask ourselves if it is who we want to be. Relational flow works so well, because we are internalized to associate aspects of outcome and behavior to others.
