Should You Pre-Treat Before Chemo and Radiation?
So what is this pre-treating I speak of? Actually, it is of my own creation. I have to believe that all of us have lost someone very close to us to cancer. Or, more likely we lost them to the chemo and radiation treatments. We lost them because their bodies no longer had an immune system capable of protecting or healing them from anything.

Why I'm Donating Blood
A few days ago, my phone pinged with a message from NHS Blood and Transplant reading, “We’re just checking that your appointment to give blood is still convenient?” And though this question filled me with a lot of dread, I knew that realistically the only inconvenience to giving blood is, and always will be, my anxiety towards needles—and nothing more. Giving blood has recently become something at the very top of my agenda in a way that it never was before. I’ve always been on the organ donor registry and that was something that I’ve never really questioned, after all, when the day comes that someone might need my organs, I won’t be alive to need it or feel inconvenienced by the whole process. But, as someone with a genuinely massive fear of needles, I have always been happy to leave blood donation off the agenda. But that has all changed very recently and I hope that with this blog post I can convince more BAME people to do the same.

Why Apple Cider Vinegar?
First of all, you know how apple cider vinegar sounds disgusting? It is 1,000 times more disgusting than that. Take a freshly pooped poo from a dog, mix it with anchovies, and I think you still aren't quiet there. It is disgusting.

News outlets say William Brown was in the parking lot of a vape and smoke shop on January 27th when his e-cigarette exploded, shot through his neck, and tore his left carotid artery. He was rushed to the hospital and placed in a medically-induced coma, where he died two days later. X-rays following the explosion showed a piece of the e-cigarette lodged in his throat. Brown was just weeks away from his 25th birthday when he died.
