The Media
Social media is the way that most of the world communicates and connects with others. Have you ever looked into a fitness group on social media? There are many fitness influencers who use social media as their platform. These top influencers are using social media to obtain their fitness and financial goals. Social media provides constant information for those who are starting a fitness or who is interested in a health change. The Internet is known as the go-go source leading more hospitals and health care professionals to participate in social media. Health care organizations are using this informal platform to give their patients more tips. @BrittneeBabeFitness was created by a 24-year-old who focused her life around fitness. Doing research, there was no indication of her real name, but she is known as “Queen of Home Workouts.” She turned her passion into a job by using social media as her business. Evidence is not shown where she is originally from, but it is indicated that she lives and conducts her business in Lost Angeles, California. She is considered an online influencer and coach. @BrittneeBabe has over one million followers because of her special way of people seeing a difference in their body without a gym. Her online workout plans are strictly for home workouts. Five to ten-pound dumbbells and a workout mat are the only materials she requires for your workout journey. The most inspiring concept that Brittne created was her 21-day challenge. She has created nine volumes of this 21-day challenge. A new volume is created after a 21-day challenge ends. Each challenge/volume consists of workout plans for 21 days. There is a 30-minute video for each day, Monday-Saturday. The last day of the week consists of a “post-stretch.” All of the Britnee’s workouts are within her own home in Los Angeles. She has thousands of purchases for this online workout plan. Her programs are designed for the person looking to begin and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She informs potential buyers that the journey will be filled with success, failure, temptation, and celebration. In order to conduct my own research, I purchased Volume 8. I did not complete all of the days, every day, but the workouts are tough. She creates the easiest workout moves, but you will still be drenched in sweat after the session.
