To Heal Means to be Healed
I wasn't always passionate about health, but I did always have an interest in the thought of being healthy. As a young kid, I always wanted to be outside to observe the soils, touch the roots, and gather many different types of flowers so I can give them to my grandmother. I didn't have much control over what I was eating in my youth. If I could go back with the same mind frame I have now, then as a kid, I would definitely have gone a healthier approach to eating healthier. I was pretty skinny as a kid until around the age of 8. I've lived most of my youth being overweight, suffering from eczema, asthma, ankle issues, knee pain, and being sick often.
