The Healthy Way to Lose Weight: The Effortless and Best Diet Plan
Whether you are taking part in a diet or just trying to eat a little healthier, the most important thing is that you are getting enough energy. Energy is needed to sustain life, keep your metabolism at a healthy rate, function normally and exercise. There are two main types of energy: - Nutrients - consumed from food, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. - Calories - consumed from food, beverages and other substances (i.e. alcohol, caffeine) but never from sunlight! If you don’t consume enough nutrients you will get weak and weaker over time. If you consume too many calories, you will put on fat. This can be pretty tricky to figure out for most people, so here are some tips to help you out. - If you are trying to lose weight, try to consume less than 800-900 calories per day. Intermittent Fasting Lose Weight
A couple of days ago, I read an article about intermittent fasting. It seems to be a new phenomenon. As someone who didn’t know much about it and wanted to make the most out of it, I tried out one day for two weeks before my decision. In my case, that was the first time in a couple of days. So far, so good, right? Well, not just yet, no. For the next few days, I couldn’t go longer than 6 hours without eating and drinking water. But then one morning, something happened. The taste in my mouth started changing. That is when my mind immediately began thinking about intermittent fasting, which has become a part of my daily routine for weeks now. Why did it happen then? Because of what I can easily predict for the rest of the week. What will happen during the last 7 to 10 days?
