Spending The Day With An Old Person
I was going to get dressed, I kicked off my underwear in the bathroom on a pile of laundry that would be washed today. Who else wears grannie panties and who else would be sleeping in my bed! Okay, that was just for a laugh! I didn’t really think that. But what I did think was, didn’t I just kick off some panties? I Got A Lot of Healing to Do Before I Die
Much like Curtis… If you already have grasped the concept of this post, then you are my age and can relate to everything else I’m about to write. When I was a kid, listening to Wanksta made no sense to me. The song was catchy because it flowed like a nursery rhyme. As a kid who loves hip hop, you especially love the songs that are super easy to grasp the tune to. 50 Cent, as a middle schooler, was our hero. He emulated strength and resilience by just being big as hell and shot a million times. His songs didn’t have to make much sense because the sheer essence of him had us all sold. Now, that I’ve had upwards of 12 years to process his songs, one record in particular has been swirling around my head. The smash hit, “Wanksta” was a letter to his haters.

What Experts Are Saying About Lewy Body Dementias
There are many types of dementia, the most common of which is Alzheimer’s disease. Early detection means that it can slow its progression sometimes, so it is critical to recognize the symptoms as soon as possible. Because researchers are still investigating how dementia develops, there is no sure way to prevent it. A healthy lifestyle, on the other hand, can help reduce your risk.

When Your Body Speaks, Listen
Our bodies speak to us in sensations So say a number of the yoga teachers I've had the pleasure to study with over the years. It's an illuminating addition to the admonition we hear all the time to "listen to your body," and it makes sense.
