Hi friends , I want to tell you about my story which was happened when I was in 12th standard.
When I was studying 12th in hostel . I and my friends were seriously preparing for an important exam .This exam is dream for almost all students studying in MPC stream. This exam will be conducted for two times and they take the best of two. The time left for the exam was only few days. And I was feeling more stress by thinking about the exam and the result that should I get in the exam and almost the days were completed and it is the final day left for the exam. on this day night I even can't sleep due to the exam tension. On exam day we left for the exam center and entered the examination hall . I wrote the complete exam with tension and I did so many mistakes like keeping wrong answer for the known question and doing very silly mistakes. And I have not got the good result what I have expected.
This situation was happened in my first attempt . After this attempt I started to think about my mistakes I have done in the exam and I came to know that tension and stress were biggest mistakes what I have done in last exam. So I started preparing for my second attempt by without tensions and stress . By this I had got a result what I expected to get in this exam . So do any work without tension and stress it will give you a good result in your work.
" How we perceive a situation and how we react to it is the basis of our stress. If you focus on the negative in any situation, you can expect high stress levels. However, if you try and see the good in the situation, your stress levels will greatly diminish".
But stress is a common before any exam but you can overcome this by doing meditation and by listening songs ,seeing comedy movies etc..
TIPS TO REDUCE TENSION AND STRESS:
1. MEDITATION
When you feel stress or tension while reading keep your books aside and do meditation for 5 minutes , and breathing excercise for 2-3 min . Then you will feel free. Now again start your work it will helps in reading efficiently.
It will helps in improving mental health also.

2. LISTENING SONGS:
This is also one of the best method to get rid from tension and stress .By listening to good lyrical songs will help you in realeasing from stress and tension. If you listen songs after doing hard work then it will help you in forgot that hard work.
“Listening to music has a positive impact on our health, by helping us recover faster when we experience stress and through the reduction of stress hormone cortisol, to help us achieve a calm state or homeostasis.”
3.SEEING COMEDY MOVIES:
Seeing comedy scenes will make us laugh . Laughing helps in releasing stress and tensions what we have. And make us forget about that tensions and stress for some time. Laughing has great impact on mental health . It helps in boosting our mental health. So see comedy movies when you have stress and tensions.
4. SPORTS:
When you feel stress or tensions .Then I will go for it .It is a very good idea and it more effective then other methods .It helps relaxing from stress instantly . When your doing a lot of work then give some time for sports also. It is good for mental health and physical health also.

I think these are some methods to get rid of stress and tension while studying.
So when you have stress or tensions spend some time for relaxation.
