Bad habits can cause bags under the eyes to increase

The generation of eye bags is similar to wrinkles, which are normal manifestations of human aging, and their appearance is generally positively correlated with age. With age, the metabolism of the eye skin will slow down, and once the skin ages to a certain extent, eye bags will appear.

How to prevent eye bags from appearing? If bags under the eyes appear, you can take care of them in your daily life.

1. Regular work and rest: ensure enough sleep time, light diet and exercise.
