HEALTH

Your health comes first .Lets face it ,we are dealing with hard times. We must take a stand for our health today. If there is anything this pandemic has taught us it is self preservation. With our hospitals overwhelmed and the shortage of essential workers , we must begin from within . What are your daily activities ? What are we putting in our bodies ? How much stress is in our lives today? we must ask ourselves these questions .

The time to come together is now . Placing our better judgement as a priority and figuring out how to fix this as best we can. The best way to start is with our mental health. Knowing that things must first get Dark before they get brighter. Be proud of who you are and what you have endured . Surviving trouble waters is something to be proud of and fortunate about . Some have lost loved ones and or know someone who was directly affected .

MENTAL HEALTH

There are places out there for example Disaster distress helpline , National suicide prevention , National domestic violence hotline ,National child abuse Hotline ,Veteran crisis and more . There is always someone there to listen in these hard times. You are not alone , we are all affected .

NUTRIENT

Another way to start by is changing the way you eat . Try growing your own food and be aware of whats going into your body. Find ways to give yourself the nutrients that your body require. There are so many resources out there that can teach you how to customize your own diet . Did you know that there is food out there that is recommended to you by simply knowing your blood type . By finding food thats good for you based on your blood type is a great way to start. There are certain things that you can eat and others that should be avoided. Sometimes when we find ourselves tired or with lack of energy , it could all be a result of what we are eating . Speaking to your doctor is also recommended for more serious underlying diseases and allergies .

Eating fruit and vegetables can really impact your life in a very positive way . Drinking more water can help flush out those toxins. Eating lean protein is also great for your immune system. If you do not like to eat certain food then taking your daily multi vitamin can be a great substitute for getting those nutrients.

Building and maintaining a strong immune system is crucial in our lives right now . Flu season is around the corner and we must maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Another great remedy is aromatherapy . There are so many different types of scents and they all can help heal different things. These essential oils enhance both physical and emotional health. Using a diffuser , spraying on your pillow , or simply smelling it can drastically help with breathing problems anxiety and more. Some are antibacterial and anti inflammatory . There is a lot of information in regards to that online.

Keeping a healthy diet is only a portion of the necessary steps to staying healthy . Working out plays an important role in your health . Staying active can help a number of health problems , such as increased blood circulation , reducing stress , and keeping a strong immune system . If you feel ill never ignore when your body is telling you something is wrong . Over thinking doesn't help either. Make sure to always stay up on your Physicals, so that if there are ever any problems you could catch it early .

Simply walking an hour a day can help keep your body active. Meditation and yoga is always a great way to calm the mind. Yoga is great for stress , balance , and bringing your body to a centered place. People from all over the world come together to have yoga gatherings . Another great way to relieve stress is getting a massage at least once a month . Massages can help you release toxins from your body and relax the muscles for better blood flow. Taking some personal time is so important to getting and keeping your life on the right track. Get out there and practice self love . Take good care of yourself so that you can be there for others in need . Pay it forward and get others to do the same . It's time we take a stand together and build a better world .
