Why Every Man Should Do Yoga
Yoga is easily one of the best forms of exercising of all time and there are many different types. Despite the fact that the poses do strengthen your muscles, they relax you, as well — mostly mentally. Yoga relieves stress and pain — basically draining your thoughts away.

I'm Starting to Find My Self-Love and I Want You to As Well
Self love is something I've struggled with my whole life. I’m loud and opinionated, but the real problem lies in my weight. I’ve never been a skinny person, not since I gained over 100 lbs in the third grade when I hit puberty (a loaded sentence, I know). My perfect mother raised me saying things like “Are you sure you really want to eat tonight?” to her 8 year old daughter about to eat her dinner and whispering to me behind closed bedroom doors: “You know, there are places where you can get help Elizabeth, to fix your… problem.” Now, I’m not going to just sit here and blame my mother and complain about her and rehash every awful thing that ever happened to me and talk about how awful it was, but I won’t say she didn’t have a part in it either. My mother damaged me, the kids at school damaged me, and I suppose that I did, in fact, damage myself as well somewhere along the way. Most of this is the aftermath of myself.

What Exactly Happens in a Kidney Transplant Surgery? . Top Story - October 2017.
Your kidneys are bean-shaped organs, each located at the opposite side of your abdominal region. Like every other organ, your kidneys are in charge of elimination of waste products from our body. Waste products are toxic to your system and are very harmful if not eliminated in time. Our kidneys filter the blood to remove these unnecessary substances from our body and discard it out of our system.

Can Vision Boards Assist You with Your Goals?
If you have read any of my other articles, you know that I am a believer and supporter of the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction basically says that whatever you think about most, you attract into your life. This can be loosely translated into quantum physics by saying whatever intention or energy you are radiating out into the quantum field is what will be created in your life.

Death Taught Me...
"Death is the only certainty in life." "Death is a process starting at your birth." Foreword: Death is a very sensitive subject, and I honestly had paid great attention while writing this blog to not offend anyone. This article is to illustrate how I perceive death, based on my personal life experience, without any intention (of course), to offend or upset anyone. If this article has touched you in any way, I would be pleased to hear it.Thank you—Enjoy

Why Swimming is the Best Sport
Getting in is the hardest part, but when you start gliding through the water, it is a surreal experience. There's nothing to hear except the water sliding past your head, down to your neck, over your shoulders, down your waist, and over your legs. You are one with the water. Not breathing all the time is kind of a bummer, but it builds up your heart rate and keeps you active.

Why People Should Take Celiac Disease Seriously
I wish that I could say the first day of 2017 started out great. I wish I could say a lot of things. Things like "want to stay in tonight and order pizza?" and "let's go get donuts and coffee for breakfast." Sadly, 2017 did not start off great at all, and I can not bring any foods or drinks with wheat, barley, or rye into my house, and neither can the rest of my family or friends.

Success Comes When You Let Go of Fear
I think this all began hiding my true self when I was a small child. My parents smothered and controlled me from the day I was born. They worked hard to try to keep coloring within the lines. When we went to visit family, they made sure I didn’t touch things or move around a lot, scared I might break things. They’d even get mad if I asked for something to drink without it being offered to me. This was the beginning of my silence. I began right then and there stuffing myself down for the sake of making other people comfortable.
