All Natural Food Finds
Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine have been making healthier versions of "tv dinners" for many years. They have steamers, they have desserts, they have just about everything. A while back I was in my local Stop & Shop and realized they have something else—they have ALL NATURAL dinners. Normally I don't shop in the frozen food area except maybe to buy produce in the off season. I was walking by and I saw a 5/$10 sign and then of course on select varieties a 6/$10 with a "must by six" label. Intrigued, I went to the case and I was completely shocked to see these all natural frozen dinner choices. There are others available, these just happen to be the four that I decided to try.

What Is Dyscalculia & Could You Have It? . Top Story - February 2018.
You have probably heard of the learning disability "Dyslexia," but its close cousin Dyscalculia rarely comes up in conversation. Despite its low-profile reputation, the disorder is actually quite common—statistics show that approximately 3-6 percent of school children suffer from Dyscalculia, with it resulting in being the leading cause of 5-8 percent of mathematical difficulties.

All Natural Food Finds
There are no gimmicks needed for healthy, lasting weight loss. And there is science behind why it works, and even more behind why people are so heavy today compared to 100 years ago. There was nothing sugar free or fat free and yet people weren't obese. Why?

#PointeYourFuckingToes
We've heard many of our pole teachers shout this during class even when you think your toes are pointed… it's not enough! When it comes to exercise, most people overlook two of the most important parts of their body — their feet. They train upper body, lower body, and core without even thinking to strengthen their feet. Having recently competed in Pole Theatre, a key part of my training was to improve the pointe in my feet as well as strengthen my ankles to avoid sickling (explained later), mainly because I did not want any pictures or the video to come back showing flexed feet or half a pointed toe! (Some would call this vain but I call it being a perfectionist!).

The Beginning
Hi! Growing up my teeth were always crooked, possibly because I sucked my thumb which led to shifted teeth when the permanent ones grew in. My older sister had regular braces, which to her were embarrassing and painful. Therefore my parents wanted to change the game for me, and they found out about Invisalign clear braces.

Core Power Yoga
As I have previously mentioned, one of my 2018 goals is to attend yoga classes more frequently. When my colleague told me Core Power Yoga was offering a week free for new customers, it was a no-brainer to sign up. I normally don't write reviews, but I decided to give it a shot. To anyone who lives in a city of any sort, you understand how popular yoga studios have become. What's not popular is the price tag that comes with a membership. My main goal with this review is to give you some insight as to how Core Power Yoga's pricing structure correlates to the quality of their classes.

Confused About Amino Acids? I Was Too
BCAAs and EAAs What’s the deal? Let’s start with what amino acids are in the first place. Amino acids are, basically, the building blocks of our body. They are leftover after your body breaks down and digests protein. Not only are they a huge factor in building muscle, but they also work to carry and store nutrients and influence and improve the function of all your major organs.
