Is There Really a Link Between Physical Health and Mental Health?
I'm not a doctor or an expert, but I sincerely believe there is a link between your physical and mental health. If you look after one, the other will improve without you even noticing. I didn't believe it at first either. How can running on a treadmill fix my anxiety? Or how can lifting weights help my mind find peace?

Urinary Tract Infections
Urinary tract infections are generally caused by bacteria. However, fungi and viruses may cause urinary tract infections, as well. The bacteria that cause the infections are so small that they are only seen with a microscope. Urine samples are required to confirm suspected UTIs after symptoms indicate a diagnosis. Most infections occur in the lower tract of the urinary system and are not as severe as those in the upper tract. If you have been diagnosed with a UTI, your physician will develop a treatment plan discuss preventative methods, as well.

Yoga: An Overview Yoga is where I find my truest self. My time on my mat is when I am finally able to breathe, release anxiety, focus, move and truly be who I am, unapologetically. Until I began my yoga practice, I dealt with serious anxiety and fear; I felt like the weight of the world was sitting on my shoulders and there was nothing I could do to make it move. It was only until I found yoga that I began to see a true change in my anxiety and overall happiness in life.
