Edgar Cayce's Work
Edgar Cayce was a psychic person who lived from March 13th, 1877 to January 3rd, 1945. He worked via self-induced trance, and Cayce himself was Christian, and not a New Ager. Some feel he is the founder of the New Age movement of which I distance myself from because many of them are anti-medication and anti-Western medicine. I’m not just “manifesting” these experiences, this is a fact of life since I need to use Western medicine in order to survive. Cayce started an organization called the Association for Research and Enlightenment, which boasts of Edgar Cayce centers in more than 35 countries. Cayce had predicted many Earth Changes, a term he himself coined whereas many of these situations haven’t come about yet in the present.

Supplements?
Almost everyone I know takes some sort of vitamin or supplement. I hear debates about this all the time, especially in my field. I hear people say that supplements are the worst and that you should avoid them at all costs. I also hear people say that they need their supplements to function and that they wouldn’t be able to live without it. After all this back and forth, I can understand why it seems impossible to find the right answer. But there has to be an answer somewhere correct? Surely there’s a mad scientist deep in a cave someplace that has come up with a solution and is hiding it from us. There must be. Right?

The Hill
This Side of the hill... This morning I read something that made me howl with laughter. A woman in her 40s was writing about how she intended to turn her back on a steady job and embrace her dreams... Nothing even vaguely amusing so far. Until the line "after all when I’m 65 I’ll be too old to do anything but exist." (This won’t seem remotely funny to anyone under 65, but to me, 4 years on from being too old to do anything but exist, well, it’s just hilarious.)
