Crystal Cleansing: Earth
✨While using natural light is possibly one of the more simplistic methods of cleansing crystals for a beginner to master, it might not be completely perfect for you. If you find yourself gravitating towards more ‘hands on’ and practices, using the natural world around us might suit you better. The element of Earth is everywhere, regardless of whether you reside in a cottage in the country, or live in an apartment in the city. Nature can be found and celebrated wherever you are, and the responsibility of taking care of a garden (or house plants) can be a deeply satisfying and healthy feeling.

Self-Care on a Budget
To no one’s surprise, life can really kick you in the rear... and scratch you in the eye and rip out your hair all before breakfast. ✨Our crystals often need help returning to their natural charged and happy state. Cleansing a gem releases their full potential, letting them carry out our intentions to the best of their abilities. As there are many different ways of cleansing, you can choose a method or multiple methods, that’s right for you and is safe for your particular crystals.

Astonishing Benefits of Ice-Cold Showers
I’m trying to open my eyes in defiance. They are fighting back. Rebellion is the only thing on my mind. My mouth is dry and thirsty. The alarm rings my ears off. My thoughts are commanding me not to move. Muscles lie still, too stiff to move.

What Is Happening?
Nowadays, there are many people with allergies and intolerance. I know that you know that. Recently though I have realised something quite annoying, I could say. What is it? People making allergies a trend. This is what annoys me, drives me crazy. I have several friends who tried to make a trend out of it, by pretending they are lactose-free, dairy free, or gluten free, but next minute post cheesecake in all its might in a coffee shop; believe me, this stuff is not lactose or dairy free, neither gluten free.

Dreaming = Exhausting
I am so tired. I don't know what it is. I sleep so much, but it feels like it is never enough. I must be getting between seven and nine hours a night at least, which is more than enough. Those around me see that I sleep a lot and think I am being lazy, but I'm really not. I can't help it. All I want to do is sleep. I honestly could sleep forever.

Schizoid Personality Disorder
Schizoid personality disorder is different from schizophrenia in that schizophrenics are psychotic and delusional because they cannot be swayed from their delusions. People with schizoid avoid social activities, even avoiding people in general. Schizoid individuals are seen as loners who do not want to have a social life. Therapy helps schizoid individuals, as well as medication in some situations. Schizoids prefer being alone to being with other people. Schizoid people do not need close relationships since they do not want to be around people. They have little desire for sexually themed relationships. They would have problems feeling pleasure at anything, expressing emotions, and reacting to situations. They have a humorless, cold veneer to them.
