Productive Things to do during Covid-19
1) Do a Bob Ross style painting or watch Bob Ross. This is a great way to calm down, relax, remember happy little accidents and in great head space. Bob Ross is a great way to relive stress and a bulk of his episodes are on Netflix. The picture above is of my Bob Ross styled painting from a few days ago and it was a lot of fun.

'Social Distancing': What It Is and What It Is Not
The expression "social distancing" has been in the news recently in reference to the coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. If you haven't heard it yet, you will. The phrase is becoming popular after the World Health Organization classified the coronavirus as a pandemic. Then health officials suggested limiting the spread of the disease by using the "social distancing" method. So, what exactly is "social distancing" that is also known as SD?

Its not the end of the world
The worlds on fire and the plague has returned, at least that's what the media says and many seem to believe. Apparently the response is to buy toilet roll by the shed load, pain killers and hand wash by the gallons. It does make you wonder what people did before the panic. Have they suddenly realised its a good time to wash their hands and not cough in peoples faces?

Working Together
The media hype surrounding the coronavirus is astounding, not to mention awfully demoralizing to watch. They do it for the ratings, the readers, as well as the information that could be put out. Yes, there could be a coronavirus vaccine soon but that is mostly reliant on other countries working together. If nothing else, it seems that a hot climate helps stomp the virus out. If more countries got together to share resources, and not blame China for every last little thing, then something good may come out of this coronavirus mess since working together is one way to come up with a vaccine faster.

"It" Happens Around the Bay
On Christmas Day in 1894, Billy Carroll, the Hamilton Herald Newspaper and a cigar store owner, was the original sponsor of a 30 km run called Around the Bay. It is the oldest road race in North America; its inception three years before the Boston Marathon. Its early winner, Jack Caffery, went on to be the first Canadian to win the Boston Marathon. Adding some BLC (Body Loving Care) into my life
Growing up I was always told by my dad to “lose weight” “eat more fruit” “be more like so and so”... I came to terms with the fact that I would never be good enough, whatever that meant. I was far from confident and most definitely ate food for comfort. I absolutely hated my image and pictures were a painful reminder for me every time. My brother who I had been living with throughout my childhood also had joined the team and constantly made fun of my weight. There clearly wasn’t anything more amusing than to make me miserable.

3/13/20 78 Degrees of Tarot: March Tarot Challenge
It's Friday the 13th, but I'm not superstitious, just a little stitious. To be honest, I've never felt much trepidation over the date as the number 13 has always been a lucky number for me and as a magician, very auspicious. Besides, I love every Friday, no matter what number it is!
