The real-life of chronic Fatigue Syndrome Patient
People ask me, "do you remember what it was like before you knew you had CFS" yes I do. I started getting symptoms about a year ago, getting tired over doing nothing, sick feeling with either a low-grade fever or no fever at all. Always having a sore throat, body aches. Most of the time I wrote it off as the flu and so did doctors without ever flu testing me. The thing was after my symptoms would go down, I was still feeling minor issues like the fatigue and so on, I started to blame it on my ADHD medication. When it wore off, I assumed it would just crash. Then I get asked "do you remember what it was like before you had CFS" yes, I remember that too. I think about that alot. How great it was to wake up, after sleeping all night and feeling good. Being able to do household chores without fighting with my body, being able to exercise every day, being able to drive more than 20 minutes at a time, Being able to work, being able to not have to cancel plans. Yeah I certainly remember, and sadly, now I know I have a 5% chance of that ever coming back, and even then it wouldn't be fully normal.

Why you need to follow social distancing
Social distancing these last few months have sucked. I hate not being able to see my best friend, my family, or even clients at work. I hate talking to people through doors or FaceTime. I hate wearing a mask everywhere, and I hate not being able to go to the grocery store every time I remember something small that I need. But guess what? I do it.

Gimme a Beet.
Now that I have your attention with my clever title... Let's talk PRE-WORKOUT SUPPLEMENTS. There are swarms of different opinions regarding the use of pre-workout supplements. My personal opinion is that our body does a good job of telling us when we need to move and when we need to rest (I have never used any form of "pre-workout" unless you count a cup of coffee!), but my opinion does not have to be yours. If you prefer high intensity fitness or are constantly striving to hit a new level at the gym, taking energy boosters beforehand are helpful.

An 'Infection Weather Report'
COVID-19 is changing how we live our lives. It's done so in an extreme way. But we should always be concerned about the threat of infections that surround us. Unfortunately, to this day, there is no reasonable general purpose reporting system in place to help us make decisions to avoid these threats. Why not? Does it make sense that in an era of data availability that the population must remain generally ignorant about the level of risk from infectious diseases?

HOW I LOST 52 POUNDS
1-Hi Everyone my name is Tara Firman I am 46 years old always lived in Ohio the "Heart of it all" state.By the way if you don't feel like reading all about me jump down to paragraph 3. I've been dealing with weight issues since I was 10 years old or so. I was packing on 10 pounds every year. My mom tried helping me she took me to a doctor they found out my thyroid was borderline. I had to take a pill to regulate it & eat not only 3 meals a day but snacks too. It was kind of embarrassing because my mom told my 4th grade teacher mrs.Stamper.She informed the whole class that I would be eating before lunch & after. My classmates thank God were actually very nice,no bullies & understood my health dietary needs. I wasn't losing at least I don't think I was.

Reasons Some People Won't Wear a Face Mask
Even though the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and governors of most states recommend wearing face coverings in public to help slow the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, many people still refuse to wear them. Some states have made it mandatory to wear face coverings in public. People who don’t wear masks in public could be fined up to $1,000, time in jail, or both.
