Hello Aroma
Aromatherapy is the holistic treatment to promote well-being for the mind, body, and soul with the use of natural plant extracts. It enhances both physical and emotional health. It has been used for thousands of years by ancient cultures. Aromas have the ability to calm or energize our daily lives. A specific scent can evoke thoughts of a special person or even a place. A friend of mine once gave advice about trying to sell a home. She said, “Have a candle burning of German Chocolate cake or sugar cookies when I bring someone to see your home”. The smell of delicious baked goods makes a home more inviting. Sure enough, I was fortunate to make a quick sale. Certain aromas are restricted for only the fall and winter months as we hold holiday festivities. Smells of coconut and pineapple during the summer make you drift away to an island imagining yourself enjoying tropical drinks with the pretty little umbrella. Aroma therapy works not only through the sense of smell, but through skin absorption as well.

Finding my calm
I'm not sure when it happened; one moment I was awake and thriving, going to class every day energized; the next I was nodding off at my desk at 2 pm. I was yawning at the gym. I was unable to keep my eyes open past 8 pm even though I was getting a full 8 hours of sleep every night.

my feelings of wearing a face mask during the cornavirus outbreak
I'm sure this topic is on every bodies mind at the moment. It can be difficult to work out what is right and wrong when it comes to the current pandemic. It has been very difficult for everybody and it is great that we are starting to get through it and live a normal life again. I am sure we all couldn't thank him enough.
