Ketogenic Diet: Is the Ultimate Low-Carb Diet Good for You?
these days, many of my patients have been asking approximately a ketogenic food plan. Is a ketogenic weight loss program safe? would you recommend it? notwithstanding the current hype, a ketogenic food regimen isn't always some thing new. In medicinal drug, we were using it for almost one hundred years to deal with drug-resistant epilepsy, specially in kids. within the Nineteen Seventies, Dr. Atkins popularized his very-low-carbohydrate weight loss plan for weight loss that began with a very strict -week ketogenic segment. over time, other fad diets integrated a comparable technique for weight loss.

The bully leader
My childhood was over before it began. We are picking up in kindergarten, where I tend to wonder "why me" at multiple times a day. There are about six boys in my class, all of which have a deepening lust one would never come to expect from someone so young, and I was the outlet for these emotions. I'm still not sure how I found myself cornered by them in the first place, let alone on a daily basis.

Radishes may relieve respiratory problems
I grew up in a county where everyone had a garden and ate healthy, except me. My cousins and friends would grab veggies straight out of the garden and eat apples, plums, pears, cherries, and persimmons right off the trees. For whatever reason, I had a strange appetite and no desire to eat fruits and veggies. As I got older and began understanding the role nutrition plays in our overall health, I began trying and enjoying more fresh foods. There are vegetables that I will eat when they are together in a garden salad, and radishes just happen to be one.

A Room With A View
Whether it is a cool, quiet winter’s day or a warm, noisy summer’s one, sitting here while I read is one of my favorite things to do. The window is right by the heater, so in the winter, it is fairly easy to stay warm. In the summer, I put a box fan in the window to get more fresh air and a nice breeze right over me.
