As I'm sitting here at a local coffee shop, I just pondered about how sometimes people envision their lives to be in such crisis. I hear all the time walking the streets of my town... people complaining about there every day tasks. Not even a care in the world to acknowledge the positive. Nowadays there seems to be more individuals that soak in their misery of their every day tasks. I, myself have been a victim of taking on the negativity of my own perspective.

While I think about this topic, I visualize a world with only one lens which is optimism. I know this is an impossible request for a whole. My opinion in which states... I think myself and everyone should wake up with one thing they are grateful and happy for. I think their would be a change in mindsets and moods if we all thought differently about our day to day tasks.

Why I bring this topic up is because our world is filled with rage and madness. It's always "My coffee is wrong" " She did this to me". Why not, change the vision... I can fix my coffee or maybe she was having a bad day. There are two different ways of looking at things. Either " Everything is Horrible" or " Changing the Narrative". Changing the narrative for me means flipping the script. In meaning making a negative thought and changing into a positive reasoning. It took me a long time to change my vision.

Everyone thinks different. You have people that are optimistic then people who are purely pessimistic. I think it's how you view everything in your daily life. You can see things black and white or in color. All depending on your perspective.

Here's how you can change your thoughts and envision a life of pure happiness. Start with one positive thing you are grateful for or one thing you're happy to be alive for. For example... I'm grateful for " morning sunrises and coffee". I'm glad I'm alive because I get to still do what I enjoy. Slowly eliminating the negative thinking and replacing it with positive statements. Even when you're going through chaos, that time is your best way to change your narrative. Build a strong positive mindset and challenge those patterns. I am not a professional but I have my own personal experience with this. This is just one way you can start changing your vision

Another way you can change your pattern of thinking is challenging those negative ways. Approaching them with " Why, am I thinking this way ?" "What makes that real?'. Realizing why you think that way is so important. Not many people take time to think about changing their negative thinking. It's a good step in the right direction if you can stop and pause and realize your thoughts. Switching your statements from negative to positive. This will fully benefit you in every thing you do. Also on how you view yourself and the world. This also can impact others on how they can change their views too.

Know that you are the only person that can change how you see the world. Let it either deteriorate your life or benefit you. It is your choice to envision a new mindset or keep the same pattern. Just know if you're stuck in that same pattern... reflect and fix those thoughts. It will take time and practice but will be well worth it. Let's say goodbye to that old mindset and say hello to that new and improved one. Believe in yourself now.
