How I Grew My Hair Long and Thick with the Moon and Red Light

I have always wanted to have long and thick hair, but I never seemed to achieve it. My hair was thin, brittle, and prone to breakage. I tried everything from expensive shampoos and conditioners to supplements and oils, but nothing worked. I was frustrated and unhappy with my appearance.

Then, one day, I stumbled upon an article that changed my life. It was about how the moon can affect hair growth and quality. It said that by cutting your hair according to the lunar calendar, you can enhance its growth, strength, and shine. It also said that the best days to cut your hair for growth and thickness are during the waxing or full moon phases, especially when the moon is in an earth or water sign.

I was intrigued by this idea, so I decided to give it a try. I looked up the lunar calendar for 2023 and found out the best days to cut my hair for each month. I marked them on my calendar and made appointments with my hairdresser accordingly. I also followed some tips on how to cut my hair for optimal growth, such as:

  • Cut only a small amount of hair (about half an inch) to remove split ends and stimulate growth.
  • Cut your hair in the morning or evening, when the moon’s energy is stronger.
  • Cut your hair with sharp scissors or a razor, not a dull blade or electric clippers.
  • Cut your hair with a positive intention and gratitude for your hair.

I started this routine in January 2023 and continued it for a year. To my surprise and delight, I noticed a significant improvement in my hair. It grew faster and thicker than ever before. It also became softer, smoother, and shinier. I received many compliments on my hair from my friends, family, and strangers. I felt more confident and beautiful.

But that’s not all. I also discovered another method that boosted my hair growth even more: red light therapy. Red light therapy is a treatment that involves exposing your scalp to low-level red or near-infrared light. This light can stimulate the cells in the hair follicles, increasing blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients. This can result in faster and thicker hair growth, as well as improved hair quality and color.

I learned about red light therapy from a friend who had used it for her hair loss problem. She told me how it had helped her regrow her hair and restore its health. She showed me her device: a red light therapy cap. It was a wearable device that fit over her head and emitted red or near-infrared light to her scalp. She said she used it for 10 to 30 minutes a few times a week and saw results in a few months.

I was amazed by her transformation, so I decided to try it myself. I bought a red light therapy cap online and started using it at home. I followed the instructions on how to use it safely and effectively, such as:

  • Wash your hair before using the cap to remove any dirt or products that might block the light.
  • Wear the cap on your dry hair and adjust it to fit comfortably.
  • Choose the mode and duration of the light according to your preference.
  • Relax and enjoy the treatment while listening to music or reading a book.
  • Repeat the treatment regularly for optimal results.

I used the red light therapy cap in combination with the lunar calendar method for another year. The results were incredible. My hair grew longer and thicker than I had ever imagined. It reached past my waist and had a lot of volume and bounce. It also became more vibrant and radiant. I felt like Rapunzel from the fairy tale.

I am so happy with my hair now. It is one of my best features and makes me feel good about myself. I love styling it in different ways and showing it off to the world. I also love sharing my story with others who want to grow their hair long and thick.

If you are one of them, I hope you will try these methods too. They are simple, natural, and effective. They can help you achieve your hair goals and feel more confident about your appearance.
