Hello. Thank you for being here. Thank you for taking the time to soothe yourself and show up for yourself.

Let's start by taking a big belly breath. Inhale as deeply as you possibly can. Hold it for 3-2-1, and release it along with any tension in your body. Let's repeat this for a few more times.

Inhale deeply, feel your belly and your chest expand, hold it for 3-2-1, and release. Feel your body flooding with oxygen and notice your thinking becoming clearer and clearer. Like a beautiful pond with a smooth surface.

Inhale deeply again, hold it for 3-2-1, exhale and feel your body becoming more relaxed. Surrender your mind and let your imagination run.

Imagine a little lake. It is not too wide, but very deep. This pond holds all your thoughts and emotions. You are standing on the edge with your feet dipped in. The water temperature is not warm but it is not cold either. It's just right. Feel the tiny movements of the water caressing your toes. Now, look into the pond. What do you see? A lot of creatures swimming around? Those are your thoughts and emotions. Observe them. Do they seem big? Small? Are they colorful? Do they seem scary? Are they intriguing? Are they beautiful? Maybe you can't tell because of the water's distortion. You walk into the water and submerge yourself. Now you are swimming on the surface. The water is so soothing and refreshing at the same time. It hugs your body and your weight feels like a feather's.

Let's tap into your feelings. What thoughts and emotions are coming to the surface? Stress? Anxiety? Frustration? Sadness? Disappointment? Or maybe you're not sure? Maybe they are not coming to the surface. Do they just zigzag underneath the surface?

Now take a deep breath and dive in. Observe your thoughts and feelings from below the surface. First, you might feel some initial resistance as the air in your lungs wants to pull you back to the surface, but don't give in. Be present and surrender to going deep. As you reach the threshold where your body starts to help you get deeper, notice the slight but pleasant pressure of the water hugging your body. The subtle sound of water moving past your ears. Notice the eternal peace and silence that surrounds you. Notice the sound of your heartbeat. You have reached a state of complete calm. Your thoughts and emotions are floating by, but they don't affect you anymore. You see them, acknolowedge them, and let them go.

Now you see something shining on the buttom of the lake. You swim towards it. It's an oyster. You take it in your hands and examine it. As you run your fingers on the shell, it opens. There's a pearl inside. This pearl is the hidden truth and wisdom within you. You take it in your hand.

With your feet, you push against the buttom and start swimming towards the surface taking this piece of wisdom with you. As you swim towards the surface, you look up and the light infiltrating from above touches your face. You keep swimming until the air in your lungs starts pulling you above. Your face reaches the surface and you take a deep breath. You feel the oxygen circulating in your lungs and your whole body. You feel a kind of deep and euphoric calm that only exists after the release of heaviness.

You did it. At this moment the only thing that exists is bliss. You are now bathing in calm, bliss, and happiness. You are calm, bliss and happiness. Take care of your pearl and let it remind you of the wisdom you brought to the surface.

This is the end of your meditation. Take your time in returnig to your new and calmer reality. Thank you for being.
