8 Teas That Work Wonders

I made you a special list of 8 miracles teas. You can drink them to enjoy them for their taste and aroma, or their benefits.

Green tea:

  • significantly decreases blood glucose levels;
  • stimulates brain activity, being a strong antioxidant and diuretic;
  • consumed after each meal, intensifies burns in the body, thus helping to lose weight;
  • the infusion of green tea and mint hydrates and regulates the body temperature about the environment; thus, you will bear the heat more easily.

Lemonade with aromatic herbs

Make an infusion of green tea, a sprig of rosemary, and a few fresh basil leaves. After five minutes, strain and leave to cool. Meanwhile, squeeze a lemon in 500 ml of cold water and pour into ice cubes, then place in the freezer. Serve the tea with sour ice cubes, along with thin slices of lemon.

Berries

  • it is a physical and mental tonic;
  • vitaminizes and regenerates;
  • consumed warm, with or without the addition of honey, helps reduce edema (swollen feet and hands);
  • increases the body's resistance to heat;
  • cooling effect;

Hibiscus

  • used externally, accelerates wound healing and increases skin elasticity;
  • in the form of poultices, it becomes a protector of the skin against ultraviolet radiation.

Ginger

  • stimulates blood circulation;
  • invigorates and tones, helping the body cope more easily with heat and physical exertion;
  • soothes abdominal pain, regulates digestion, and speeds up metabolism;
  • is prepared from a teaspoon of chopped root in 250 ml of water; let it boil covered for three minutes.

Cinnamon and ginger biscuits

You need 130 g butter, 180 g powdered sugar, 300 flour, 1 egg + 1 egg yolk, 3 tablespoons of ginger tea, ½ packet of baking powder, a grated teaspoon of aniseed cinnamon. Rub the sugar and butter, add the whole egg and the yolk, tea, and salt powder. Mix flour with baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of anise.

Incorporate them in the composition of butter and knead a dough that you let cool for an hour. Spread a suitable thick sheet and cut out cookies of different shapes. Bake for 10–15 minutes on a tray sprinkled with flour, then roll them in powdered sugar and enjoy them with tea.

Lavender

  • the dried plant infusion (1–2 teaspoon of the plant in a cup of boiled water) is recommended in the treatment of nervous agitation and insomnia;
  • has a stimulating role, of physical and mental tonic;
  • concentrated lavender infusion has a diuretic effect, helping to remove water from the tissues and reducing edema;
  • externally, in the form of baths, the infusion is useful for those suffering from chronic sleep disorders and muscle strains;
  • on hot days, a general flavored bath (50 g lavender flowers in 1 liter of boiling water) has a calming, comforting, and invigorating action.

Jasmine

  • has calming and relaxing properties, regenerating physical energy, great help in periods of fatigue and physical or mental overwork;
  • make migranes go away;
  • improves blood circulation, regulates blood pressure;
  • combined with green tea, it is recommended for people who want to lose weight;

It is also used in cosmetics, especially for people with oily skin, helping to regulate sebum.

Mint

  • a cup of mint tea after each meal stimulates digestion;
  • mint infusion is useful in states of fatigue, intellectual overload, stress, or exhaustion;
  • mixed with green tea, mint is energizing and stimulates nerve cells;
  • the warm infusion of mint, in which you put a slice of orange, a little cinnamon, and honey, has a cooling and calming effect;
  • externally, the mint leaves added to the bathwater have a cooling effect;
  • also externally, a few burnt mint leaves, applied to the face for ten minutes, are helpful for people whose face sweats.
