Well, this is 21st century in the information overload in era. We often compared to our mind with computer. So we don't like those computer that shows loading.

In our memory system it also happens. Right ? It is not because of too much information and evolving era but the fault is in inside our operating and processing mechanism.

Here are the tricks and tips to make your memory keen.

1.) 1 2 4 7 technique ,to revise

1st day : (Day of learning)

You just try to make topic familier.

You may just glance through the chapter to be taught once before you attend the class or read.

2nd day :

When you are reading for the second time, mind focus to capture the information accurately. 

4th day :

Its seem that we learn every day. And

everyday is a new stuff.

This 3rd time on 4th day try to test your brain to cheak how much it has retain !

7th day:

Discuss the topic with your self by seeing on mirror or without mirror.

Otherwise discuss with your friend ,partner or group of friend

Let give you mine example :

What I used to do is , While start to write my to do list  , in first margine ,just write down like this:  suppose today is 1st may so, 1| 2|4| 7

As it completes, keep marking it right or delete the date. Ex. 1| 2| 4| 7

Fix the time  of your revision per day according to your time convenience.

2 .Pimodoro method

The rule to Works 50 minutes, takes 15 mins breaks.

Its a productivity hack. Slow down your mind to produce more.

Everyone wants good grades ,until it's time to study.

Its a time to energine your mind. Whether by take healthy food like leafy veg , uncooked veg ,nuts etc. , plantly of water.

Brain use  20% Energy

Body use 80% Energy

If you keep your mind in certain way, the amount of extra energy that you have is enormous.

This is true with the system whenever it's a car whether it's machine how friction free it is running that much energy will come there isn't anything that happening with big fiction with consume enormous amount of energy.

To make your memory friction free this productivity hack is necessary.

3. Something to do Instead memorize

Lots of students worldwide ,tend to memorize the things , chapters . which is completely wrong. Its make them Obsess.

Therefore MINDMAP is must.

How?

After reading the whole topic, Decide one main topic, Centre it  and speak about it. We remember grocery and keyboard easily.

Remember : WHATEVER YOU LEARN MAKE SURE YOU LEARN IN A WAY THAT YOU ARE GOING TO TEACH 6 YEAR OLD.

4.Identify your sense.

Every people posses different senses according to the nature and individual ability to remember the topics, some get easily remember by writing it,  some get by hearing ,others by seeing and speaking.

Be familier ,  from which quality are you belong ?

Well ,How the sense influence the memory power? Right ?

What we hear, see,  and write , it  can provide us with information on how to feel.

In the other direction, what we feel can be heavily influenced by what our senses are taking in. The next time you feel happy after speaking; know that something you’re sensing may have an impact in that euphoria.

5. Incorporate sports in each day life.

Sports are the outstanding tool to increase our proficiency to learn rapidly and ardently .

" Its a sportsman spirit."

We learn the things as they come. Because we don't complain , we practice to do better , we never  say that I will take revange to you in sports .right?

Even student of school and college life mist include sports in them life To emerge out as a strong, competitive spirit and stamina oriented person.

Playing sports and Instruments permits to release Endorphines hormones which are in plain and pleasure response.

Meanwhile it Leads to feel Euphoria also called as " runner's High" .

many are the pains and Perils to be pass but great is the gain and glory at the last.
