When it comes to children's nutrition, parents fall into two categories: those who are obsessed with healthy eating who almost force their little ones to eat healthy products, but who are not at all to their liking, and parents who would do anything for their little ones to eat. and who are able to give them daily pizza, hot dogs or schnitzel with french fries.

1. The vegetables

6. Breakfast cereals

A bowl of cereal containing sugar is not a healthy choice, but there are many types of breakfast cereals.

When choosing a brand of children's cereal, look for those made from whole grains, with added calcium and fiber, but no sugar. You can add a drop of honey to the bowl, or some fresh or dried fruit for a sweet taste.

7. Eggs

It has been said for a while that eggs are not so healthy because they contain cholesterol. However, most nutritionists recommend eggs as healthy foods that should not be missing from the child's diet.

Eggs are a good source of protein and contain iron, as well as other minerals and vitamins. Eggs contain cholesterol, but they do not contain much saturated fat, which is important when it comes to raising cholesterol levels. The norm is now new for most children.

8. Fruit

Fruits should not be missing from the diet because they have an important intake of vitamins and minerals necessary for good development. There are hundreds of fruit combinations. You can mix them both fresh and frozen. You can also add cheese, yogurt, sugar-free homemade biscuits or pseudo-cereals to these mixtures.
