The high-fat intake on the keto diet promotes a feeling of fullness, leading to less calorie consumption and contributing to my weight loss. Lastly, reducing carbohydrates in the diet helps to lower my insulin levels, which improves my insulin sensitivity and leads to more efficient fat burning. Overall, the combination of fat-burning reduced calorie consumption, and improved insulin sensitivity is making the keto diet an effective weight-loss plan for me.
