Investing in health is like crypto

Interesting story

Health is like crypto. Study to understand.

Today I had an interesting conversation with my partner.

We're both active in the health business and we shared our experiences in this field. We're both new to this journey and honestly, we’re nothing but students of the game — constantly learning and evolving.

Over time, we've developed some fascinating insights. Not just about the business itself, but also about people. But before I dive into that, let’s take a step back and explore the phenomenon called “health.”

What is health, really? What does it actually entail?

In this story, I’ll share some interesting experiences — especially about what it’s like to bring this story to others. Because in our line of work, we’re both educators and we’re in sales… And that brings along some unexpected — and sometimes confronting — situations.

At first, you'd think:

“Being healthy is something everybody wants.”

Right?

You couldn’t be more wrong.

Why is that?

Good question. Honestly, we can only guess.

But here are a few things we’ve noticed along the way:

1. The Unknown

Humans are naturally cautious when it comes to the unknown. Something new is often seen as suspicious or even dangerous. And so, people stay away — not because it’s bad, but simply because it’s unfamiliar.

That’s why I compare health to crypto.

Because crypto, just like health, is misunderstood.

  1. It’s unfamiliar.
  2. It’s volatile.
  3. It takes belief — and a long-term mindset.
  4. Bitcoin was once just $1. Today it’s worth around $70,000. That happened over just 10 years. If you had bought 10 bitcoins back then, you’d now have $700,000 — all for a $10 investment and doing nothing.

That’s how wealth is built:

By starting early, staying consistent, and not giving up. Health and wellness are no different. You won’t see miracles overnight. But if you start now and invest consistently, you might just avoid disease altogether. That’s the real reward: Not just more years… but better years.

2. Change

People don’t like change. We love the comfort of our routines — even if those routines are slowly killing us. I’ve known many people who had the habit of smoking cigarettes and drinking beer at a daily habit.

I say “knew” because many of them are no longer with us.

Now listen, smoking a cigarette isn’t going to kill you today.

Drinking a beer won’t destroy your liver overnight.

But doing it every day, for years? That might just do it.

Ironically, these same people cry when they get sick.

They panic, change their diets overnight, and start eating greens in a desperate attempt to reverse the damage.

But it’s too late!

Instead of "investing" in their health, they invested in shortening their lives.

I know this sounds harsh, and I’m sorry if it hits hard — but this is the reality we come across.

3. Information Overload

There’s so much misinformation out there. And even when the info is correct, it’s often way too complicated. I get it. I didn’t know much about actual health either when I started — and that’s exactly what I’m all about now: Telling the truth. No fluff. No frills. Just facts.

4. Complacency

This ties back to habit. Even when we know something is bad for us, we do it anyway. Why? Because it’s easier. Change takes courage. It takes discipline to look in the mirror and say:

“Not tomorrow. I’m going to change my life — right NOW.” That could mean saying goodbye to your drinking buddies. That could mean swapping your beer for jasmine tea… And yeah — you might get called a "faggot" or a "hippie" or whatever label people throw at you.

So what? It’s your life. That might mean quitting smoking and letting go of that “tough biker” image. But let me tell you — you're still tough. Tougher than ever. Because you had the guts to change. It takes clear thinking. It takes vision. You’ve got to look into the future and realize:

"If I keep going like this, I’m stepping into my coffin early".

And there’s no one else to blame but myself.

People say,

  1. “I want to live. I don’t want to give up my guilty pleasures.”
  2. “I’m not going to eat grass, are you kidding me?”
  3. “I want my meat and fries.”
  4. Okay, okay, I hear you. That’s perfectly fine.

But here’s the deal:

It’s not about how long you live — it’s about the quality of your life.

Let me break it down:

🧔‍♂️ Average life expectancy for men: 71 years

👩 Average life expectancy for women: 76 years

So if you’re older than that — you’re in bonus time.

But the real question is:

How many of those years do you live without chronic issues or diseases?

That’s what this is about.

We’ve normalized illness.

We’ve accepted declining health as just “part of getting older.”

But that’s the biggest misconception of all.

At our company, we challenge that belief.

With the right omega 6/3 balance, we restore cellular health. The actual building block of our body.

We’re not just talking prevention — we’re talking rejuvenation.

And no, we haven’t found a way to cheat death…

But we can help you live better, longer, and with fewer issues.

And I find it hard to believe that nobody wants that.

So now you’re probably thinking:

“Okay, okay… how do we do this?”

“Just by making healthy choices?”

Yes...

It starts there.

Let’s go to the supermarket. "Let me grab my car keys and I’ll be right there". Wait… what are you doing? "You said you want to make healthy choices, right?" So why are you grabbing your car keys? "To go to the supermarket?" Yeah — but making healthy choices starts right here.

Right now!

By not taking the car. By walking or biking instead. You see what I mean? That’s where change begins. It’s in the smallest decisions. And even when we decide to change, we often fall back into old habits.

And you know what? That’s perfectly okay. Because you recognized it. You learned. You’re not failing — you’re failing forward. The new has to become the familiar. And that’s where real transformation happens.

At our company, we help people make healthier choices. We don’t just sell supplements. We inspire people.

We inspire change.

In health.

In mindset.

In life.
