How to Increase Testosterone Levels
I would like to share my journey with recovery, or rather healing from anxiety, depression, fatigue, discouragement, poor sleep, irritability, fear, stress, lack of motivation, lack of strength, experiencing intense pain with minor discomfort, and perhaps a few other symptoms. I will describe how to increase testosterone levels and my safe steroid cycle – Biosteron or steroids?

As you can see, my testosterone levels increased without any performance-enhancing substances. The result was twice as high as when I started my journey. I feel well and have not experienced any symptoms for a long time. Three years have passed, and I still feel good, without stress or nervousness. Everything is very well. In theory, one could conclude that steroids provided me with a gateway to how to be happy. Do I recommend taking them? I do not recommend, only inform how it worked in my case for certain information, as this information might be useful to someone, providing a point of reference. If someone decides to take them, then they will take them. So, if someone must take them (and I'm not encouraging anyone!), it's better to see how it worked in my body, in such proportions and quantities, that I managed to achieve a good result. However, this does not guarantee that it will work in your body for sure. You have a guideline that it might probably work with a high probability, but there is no guarantee. Therefore, if you need to, use it at your own risk. But if you are desperate and feel the need to take them, you have my genuine data and can see how much you need to take for it to simply work. I thought I did a soft cycle, but it was actually a cycle of a moderate/strong level, which was sufficient for me to succeed. However, this does not determine any guarantee; if I were to do it again, it's purely probabilistic.
Dealing with Hormonal Issues – Safe Steroid Cycle for Beginners
As you can see, increasing the dosage didn't improve the results, and it even worsened them.
Perhaps it was creative thinking, or perhaps pure madness, to put everything on one card. I decided to delve deeper into the subject because I didn't want to live like this, suffering for the rest of my life. I came up with a brilliant idea (and effective, but I must clarify that I'm not advocating for this, just sharing my experience) to increase testosterone levels through post-steroid recovery. Theoretically, I was blocked after a mental trauma caused by an injury that ended my sports career. I hoped for a safe steroid cycle for beginners, but as I found out, it wasn't entirely so.
I acquired testosterone enanthate and started taking doses every 5-7 days, beginning with 1 ampoule, then 3, 3, 3, 2, and maybe 1. I continued going to the gym and also supplemented with creatine monohydrate.
How to Reduce Stress
I wasn't afraid of drinking alcohol. Not excessively, but I had a few drinks occasionally. Testosterone didn't make me aggressive. I became more dominant, asserting myself, but I remained calm when others complied. I didn't feel absolute hatred towards others when my testosterone levels were high. I was more about showing who's in charge, yet there was no aggression. It was more about dominance – shouting, gesturing, but not to the point of hitting someone in anger. When I was on testosterone, I was just very composed. I was aggressive during times of anxiety, when my testosterone was low. At that point, I felt hatred, aversion, and anger. Testosterone completely shielded me from these stressful stimuli. Hence, it's necessary to differentiate nervousness, fear, and stress from testosterone-induced aggressiveness. When emotions and nerves took over, I became irrational, and due to the lack of testosterone, emotional responses led to cognitive errors and distorting reality. We tend to engage in emotional behaviors that are often extreme and inconsistent with the truth.
My strength increased significantly; I lifted weights about 1.5 times heavier than usual. Remarkable gains. I had only been working out for half a year. Towards the end of the cycle, when I felt the testosterone was tapering off as it had been fully absorbed by my body, I started experimenting with post-cycle recovery. I didn't know exactly what would help me recover – whether it was testosterone itself or recovery aids like HCG or Clomid – so I tried everything, a full recovery cycle post-steroids.
I divided HCG into 4 doses as I was somewhat concerned about overdosing. One ampoule contained 5000 IU, and I used only half of the powder, so I roughly divided 2000 IU into 4 doses (500 IU) and diluted each dose in saline solution.
How to Boost Testosterone Levels Continued...
I took the first dose in the morning and felt somewhat sleepy, sleeping the entire day. Two days later, before taking the second dose, I suddenly felt a burst of energy. I worked like crazy at my job, hammering wooden blocks with such force that my hammers were bending, injuring my hands – I wasn't bothered, though. It was as if I were an enthusiast for smashing blocks. The work was primitive, but I felt like it was my life's passion. After taking the second dose, I got even more energized, and after the third dose, I felt almost as I did on enanthate. I was so fired up after those 1500 IU that I feared testicular shutdown and decided not to take the fourth dose. Somewhere between the second and third injection of HCG, I started using Clomid.
I used Clomid through a loading dosage approach: 6 tablets on the first day, 5 on the next, then 4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, and until I exhausted my supply. I experienced unusual well-being, but that could be because I tend to feel uncertain about things. I have hypochondriacal symptoms, so it might have been placebo effect. The feeling wasn't painful or unpleasant, just strange. Additionally, I had slightly watery eyes. I remember sleeping for 12 hours a day during my Clomid regimen. I don't recall any significant effects apart from the extended sleep.
Post-Recovery Well-Being
After a month, I felt normal. I didn't experience anxiety, was often in good spirits, didn't feel hatred, depression, or such emotions. Nor did I experience any intense happiness. It was difficult to discern any difference between the state before and after the cycle. However, during critical moments like arguments or other stressful situations, I was calmer and more detached. It didn't bother me when someone criticized me at work; I brushed it off, and such things simply rolled off my back. I became indifferent to negative events and felt very laid-back and composed.
Unfortunately, during the usage of testosterone, HCG, or Clomid, I didn't perform any tests confirming testosterone levels. I thought it wouldn't make sense since the results wouldn't be based on natural conditions, and I wouldn't know how each substance affected my hormonal balance at various points in the cycle. I believed such information would only be a curiosity and wouldn't contribute much to the ongoing hormonal fluctuations introduced by external substances.
