If you are an employee, a business person, a student or a housewife. It does not matter, Who you are? Everyone should do meditation in their spare time. You are not the only one who is busy, Everyone is busy these days but if you invest some time doing meditation every day, This Little step will move your life from mediocre to produ ctive & happy life. Your critical thinking will improve far from other people and your work will be done faster with less effort and stress.

When you should meditate?

Now, that You have decided to do meditation. The next step is when you should start it? If you are someone who works at late night, you can meditate in the morning or If you work in the morning you can do it at night. Here time does not matter whether it is 6 a.m. or 11 p.m, meditation can be done at any time and anywhere. But generally, meditation before sleeping is considered to be "good" as per the scientific study, Because it not only release stress but also enhances your sleep quality and every morning you woke up, your body will be energized and your mind will be fresh up.

How Long should you meditate?

Generally, meditation which is done between 30-min+ is considered to be the "Best" But this time limit is for advanced meditators. And once you become consistent and comfortable with everyday meditation you can increase your time limit.

Now, the main question you have all been waiting for, How long a beginner should meditate? The answer to this question is "10-15 minutes" only, if you are a beginner this is the perfect time limit for you to start with. You can even increase your time by "20-30 minutes" but that thing becomes too advanced. my opinion is "10 minutes only" because it is not only a big-time to be afraid of, plus I have tried it by myself and within two weeks I was able to see my results. My Concentration and focus on Book reading, and ability to think Faster in any situation were increased.

At last, If you keep doing meditation every day you will discover the true potential energy of meditation, And people will like Steve Job, Nicola Tesla, Swami Vivekananda & many other successful people who have explained its power.
