How Do I Win A Challenge on Vocal?
I'm sure you ask yourselves the same question when you lose in the challenges on vocal. When you try to hard and in the moderators and creators mines nothing is good enough expect the elite.

Sometimes I find myself asking the same question when I feel like my work isn't being noticed. Does the vocal moderators notice my work? Am I not producing enough content? I really don't know the answers to these questions.
So since I have been on vocal+ I have been trying to figure out the formula to winning a challenge first place. I have yet to figure it out, but I have noticed one thing for first place winners it's about how many comments and reads you receive. And the mods pay attention to that it would seem.
Others say it's, the title to and maybe it is. But not so much I'm beginning to think.
Let the cash prizes flow, everyone. There are many talented people who have created so much on this website. I just wish the talent would be my turn. I want to be noticed for all my hard work. And a lot of times, I feel like I'm not noticed. It would be nice to win first place and have that on my creator profile.
So, I have still yet to figure out the formula to winning a challenge. But one thing I have learned is how many comments are on a challenge entry. So maybe part of the formula is this.
1: Promote your work so people notice how hard you are working. Make sure others interact with in the comments below.
The hard work has yet to be started for me the more I lose a challenge the more I ready to figure out what the next strategy is. I have been more then ever determined to win first place in a challenge for once this year. I will not give up, but when a creator isn't noticed for their achievements is it or do the mods play favourites? Sometimes I do wonder myself.
When you rack your brain for a great idea, you don't think it's good enough. So I learned something from all this, write what matters to me if I don't win well I can say I tried at least. Or is it all about timing when you post. Does Vocal have bots who keep track of the contestants? It's hard to figure this out right now. Sometimes it would be nice to know how the mods, bots, whoever choose. I would love to be a fly on the wall to figure that out.
So as creators do you ever ask yourself, is my work noticed by the creator of the website, the mods, or bots? Or all the above.
Do you ever want to know behind the scenes if you will how they choose?
Is it partly the demographic? Is it how we try to promote our work? We think so often how we write but who are we appealing to? Our readers are they teenagers, adults, elder adults. These are questions we need to think about.
Writing as authors, creators, all revolving same term of Writer. We need to think of one thing not just our demographic but how we can relate to readers. Vocal creators we are writers, so as our creation we are storytellers use the creativity inside but figure out who demographic we are trying to appeal to.
Another thing is Challenges come with prompts yes, but we can add stuff as long as we keep those prompts answered. If anything has answered my questions thus far it's two things the demographic I'm trying to appeal too, and how often comments are felt under my entry.
As for me, I am still trying to figure out the formula for myself If win a challenge then I know how to keep that formula going and might share it with you. Or maybe I will keep it to myself (hehehe).
