You're going to take these four fingerry finger but your thumb and you're to find that center point right between the nipple area in the center of the chest i want you to take these four fingers and push them all together in on the center of the sternum pushing okay this is where you start to feel the magic as you hold that point in your sternal area you'll feel a reflex right behind the sinus region right behind your facial area, this will open your sinuses keep pushing for a good 30 seconds totalth this sternal point and just keep pushing, breathe in through your nose out of your mouth just relax normal breath keep pushing that point and you're going to feel some awesome changes in your facial area you're getting lots of neurological stimulation occurring within the brain at this moment and you can hold this point up to a minute if you like.
