Groq has officially launched a new AI data centre in Helsinki, Finland, in partnership with Equinix, marking a strategic leap in expanding its AI inference infrastructure across Europe. This new facility reflects Groq’s broader vision of delivering low-latency, scalable, and secure AI capabilities to meet the growing demands of enterprises across the continent.

Positioned in the Nordics—a region celebrated for its sustainable energy practices and robust digital infrastructure—the Helsinki data centre underscores Groq’s mission to deliver cutting-edge AI inference closer to its customers. By doing so, Groq aims to minimize latency and optimize response times for AI applications, while upholding stringent data governance standards.
