How to live healty life.

1. Get enough exercise
In the past people had to use physical bodies in their normal work. But today you can get up, go to work in the car, and then sit, get in the car to go home and sit all day after coming home. There will be no physical exertion in such a life. This physical inactivity is one of the leading causes of many diseases. 3. Eat when you are hungry
This is also a common idea, but once again we often go against the body’s messages. 4. Faster on a regular, systematic basis

Regular fasting allows a person to gain extra time for intellectual or spiritual pursuits. Fasting is not for the saints in the cave, it is a prudent practice that can be practiced by anyone.
5. Rinse with cold water before going to bed
As mentioned above, proper sleep is essential for maintaining good health. If you wash your vital motor and sensory organs (hands, arms, eyes, legs, mouth, ********) with cold water before you go to sleep, it will relax you and prepare you for deep sleep.
6. Meditate regularly
Your body is connected to your mind. Many diseases at this age are psychological. Stress and anxiety affect our physical health. Meditation is a mental exercise that allows you to separate yourself from the worries of life, among other things. Learn simple techniques and do it regularly.
7. Wake up quickly every day
Once again an old proverb says, "Going to bed early and waking up early makes a man healthy, rich and wise." I do not know if this will make you rich, but it will definitely make you healthier. Your body needs enough sleep, not too much or too little.
