Job Title: Civil Engineer (Specialization in Procurement & Tendering)

Number of Vacancies: 2 (Two)

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Bhutan (Project sites vary)

🛠️ Responsibilities

As part of our engineering division, the selected candidates will be responsible for:

Coordinating the preparation and submission of project tenders.

Reviewing contract documents and understanding project scope and specifications.

Working with the procurement team to source materials and evaluate vendor proposals.

Monitoring ongoing project activities and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Preparing cost estimates and tracking project budgets.

Maintaining communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Contributing to risk analysis and mitigation planning during pre-construction phases.

📚 Qualification & Experience Requirements

To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the construction sector, with a focus on procurement, contracts, and/or tendering procedures.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and quantity estimation tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
