Thinking about an American Rennaisance
I do not deny that I am a big fan of money. I do not deny that I have envied those who made or saved or inherited more money than me. I do not deny that I think money is the safest form of power that humans can trade with. Money gets a bad rap most of the time. Even religious fanatics have put down money at some point when their faith was tested or they were at some spiritual crossroad. Some vagabonds don't hold on to their identity or association with money. They will wander freely like no-name beggars and they prefer that lifestyle. I never wanted to be anyone but me fully knowing that I am born from money and was raised with all the notions of a society of economy. I watched many westerns where the cowboys and indians would fight for land or women in some terratorial battle. I've seen films and shows that have depicted the theme of "this town's not big enough for the both of us" or some John Wayne type Sherrif taking over and kicking out the trouble-makers. These are not just silly movies to me. They represent American civilization in symbolic and spiritual ways and they have touched my soul furthering my belief that a money-less civilization is not one that I comprehend.

Delta Air Lines Review
Delta Air Lines is probably one of the top 5 airlines in the US. It serves both middle and upper-class society flying needs. Recently, I chartered Delta airlines for my trip to Amsterdam. Boarded the flight from Las Vegas. Took me 10 hours and 40 minutes to reach Amsterdam. Journey surely was exasperating, was jet lagged by the end of the day but the experience throughout was brilliant. From the immigration to the airport services and boarding, it exceeded my expectations. Usually, I prefer Air France but this time around I had change of heart. Also, Delta Airlines flight deal was quite lucrative.

Jumping into the Unknown.
You know the first scene in the movie La La Land? There is an entire freeway of backed up traffic with lots of horn honking, gradually developing a rhythm that leads into the first introductory song of the picture. The cars are full of dreamers, each with their own idea of their goal for coming to Los Angeles. These dreamers are, both literally and metaphorically, waiting in line for their big shot. I felt like that today, as I finally made my way into San Antonio to meet a friend for brunch. I am in a place where this is a new world and I am learning new routines, new job, new people, new community, new church. It is something that is a little bit unsettling at times, but is mostly exciting. Even though I don't quite know what I'm doing yet, I think I can eventually find my niche.

Scared in Nicaragua
I remember last year when I finally arrived in Nicaragua. It was the first time I had been to my home country since my family left when I was 3. I first noticed how ancient the airport seemed; there was no air conditioning or anything. This was my first time going to Nicaragua since arriving when I was a child, so these things were new to me as I was more accustomed to the US.

The WSJ is NOT Journalism - Here's why.
This article is in reply to [some of] the WSJ documentary on the future of global trade and the global supply chain. To reply to the entire thing will take more than one article because I couldn't get two minutes into it without already identifying a slew of propaganda, and claims that were either incorrect, dangerous, or terrifying.
