Character Traits
All my life I’ve been an entrepreneur and a go getter. I make it happen. I had one thing that I never thought I’d complete. I’ve always told people I’m writing a book. Year after year, I told people that but never had a title or a beginning or an ending. Not long ago, I did publish an autobiography called Emotional Hustler. I had been holding onto this book for over 20 years.

Why I Chose a Creative Path
Damn. Where do I start? At what point should I start? I just want to say first of all that pursuing a creative career is so damn hard, hella hard. WTF, why is it so hard, hard? Everyone and their moms appreciate art, a well written article and good design, but damn, why is it so tough for artists, creatives, writers, and designers to make a good steady living? I just feel like it’s a never ending battle, until... of course, you meet that one person that will give you a shot. See your potential, see the possibilities of growth if they decide to give you that shot.

What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, or so they say. However, what they don't teach you in school is how many mistakes you are bound to make when you enter into the real world. They prepare you for the next class, then the next, with little to no knowledge on what comes after you finish school. To be completely honest, not everyone is even cut out for continuing their education. Some of us launch straight into a job field after we graduate high school, ultimately skipping a post secondary education. Though some of the students in question achieve their own goals just as well as the next person, most jobs with favorable benefits and pay require a college degree.

Resume Format
Usually, an employer has only about 45 seconds to take a look at your resume. This is always the case, especially if there are hundreds of applicants vying for a single opening position. A resume is simply a compressed format of your profile, therefore, it includes everything compact about your skills. There are different kinds of resumes based on the format and style of writing and presenting your personal details. One of them is the chronological resume professional writer type which basically involves presenting your information in a time-divided manner. Let me give you the usual style of writing this CV structure.

Keep Going, Keep Working
My main motive on here is to earn income, but I want to do it in a way that will allow others to make their dream come true. I've been reading a book I asked for, for Christmas. It is written by Tony Robbins and is called "Money: Master the Game." A book I also read was Warren Buffet's "Tap Dancing to Work." Who I recently passed on the richest person's list, well virtually but that is neither here nor there. I haven't actually been credited with my funds but in the future, my children or possibly their grandchildren will reap the benefits. But enough about me let's get to you the reader who this is all for.

The Ultimate Interview Test
When you are in my business, you always have your eye out for simple tips, advice, and yes, tricks, that work that you can pass along. As a strategic management consultant and professor, you never quite know the situation, the problem, the opportunity, or the question that you will encounter next. And so that is why when you see, hear, read, or find something that you know is a good bit of wisdom, you want to not just share it, but you want to add it to your mental Rolodex (now there's a term that dates me as being "AARP-eligible!") that you can call upon as the "right" wisdom for the "right" set of circumstances.

10 Reasons Working for Disney Made Me Fall in Love with the Company All Over Again
Moving to Orlando to work for the Walt Disney Company was such a daunting feeling for me. I wasn't sure what would happen, and honestly, part of me was worried it would end up ruining the magic for me. I would learn the behind the scenes way of how the company worked, and I wouldn't be in love with the company anymore. Thankfully, that was the furthest from the case, and after spending almost a year working for the company, I can honestly say I am more in love with the company than ever before.

Authors for Inspiration
Everyone has a favorite author or two. For me, Lewis Carroll was an author during the time of an industrial sweep throughout England. Jane Austen was a woman who lived in a period of growing economic wealth. Both of these authors lived in times where attitudes and educational standards were changing.

Finding Your Destiny
Trying to build your future career goals in your early 20s has got to be the hardest task in the world. You’ve probably dreamed of being an astronaut or doctor when you were a little kid; but getting to this point in your life, it seems so unreal. You’re either pressured into a career by society, family, or you just straight out have no idea where your life is headed.
