Help Wanted Ads and Obituaries
One thing about me, I will quit my job. No growth at the company? I’ll quit. Not paying enough? I’ll quit. Twelve seconds from being led off in handcuffs due to ignorant coworkers? I. Will. Quit. I will quit, and I will figure it out later. No, I am not a terrible employee. I earn several accolades at every job that is blessed enough to have me. But you guessed it, I will quit. Why, because my aunty said that I can.

The Unconventional Healer
“I wasn’t born to be anybody’s ‘quientessential’ anything”. Was the sentence that came out of my mouth, as I stood before my 8th grade English class. I recall the subject matter being geared towards what our purpose in this world might be. I’m not really too sure what led me toward’s my dramatic monoglue moment. But I am pretty sure it had something to do with me being fed up with the expectations of the working class, before I could legally even be able to experience it. Not to mention I was almost sure John Hughes was somewhere listening in on me, ready to feel inspired to write another “coming of age” movie. This experience was just a taste of the transformative moment’s I was willing to undergo in order to appreciate, and value my authenticity.

My New Years Resolution to More Sleep as a Full Time Student, Single Mother, and Employee
Photo by KRYZHOV/SHUTTERSTOCK With today's society, it is so hard to find time to get more than at least 7 hours of sleep a day. Most adults, whether women or men, are usually busy striving for better lives. Striving for more money, working on their careers, doing schoolwork for high school or college, or even just doing something that includes their hobbies. Possibly binge watching their favorite Netflix series, hanging out with their friends or their love interest, or just browsing Facebook. Whatever it is, it usually doesn't include a whole lot of sleep. Now, that said, I am included in this sleepless frenzy. Between running a daycare for my 7-month-old son day and night, working 8 hours a day and often times working overtime, and working on school projects for another few hours at night, I'm lucky to sleep more than even 5 hours before my son becomes a human alarm clock.

Home/Pest Inspections
It's been an interesting week. With Yule and Christmas this week, I did not expect to be that busy, but good things are happening. New clients are under contract, we have inspections and appraisals scheduled, including an inspection on my own property.

Writing Better Dialogue
Dialogue is a major element in all stories, and it can be the hardest thing to get right. Natural speech patterns are hard to reproduce in writing. People don’t speak in grammatically correct full sentences, characters written that way would sound stiff and unbelievable. However, using fragments or other techniques to mimic natural speech can make it hard for readers to understand. Good dialogue needs to find a balance between the two while also serving the story in the best way possible. Here are couple of tips to help improve your dialogue writing.

Cost of Unreliability for A Manufacturing Plant
This article was first published here: Cost of Unreliability for A Manufacturing Plant The expenses for unreliability are an overview of the cost of system failure described annually for a production facility as being reduced to a series of block diagrams for simplicity. It examines the production system and minimizes the complexity of a series system where the failure of a single item/equipment/system/processing complex causes the loss of productive output and the total fault costs involved.

Chasing Rainbows
I don’t have one regret; I have many. But up until recently, one of those regrets turned into a moment of clarity. Like everyone else, I had expectations that were built from the fictional world. I believed in the typical idea of Prince Charming sweeping me off my feet. I was convinced that I would be the “it” girl one day. When I finally reached adulthood and found out what the world was really like, I was sorely disappointed. Being that I am a lesbian, you could say I was not let down to find out Prince Charming wasn’t coming. What disappointed me the most was friendships. You see it everywhere in the entertainment industry: the best friend, the trusty sidekick, and the partner in crime. At the end of the day, those friends would be there for you. In my case, none of them stuck around.

Why You Should Hire a Content Writer
It's hard to believe that the Internet was a place where people came to play and chat with one another not too long ago. Back then, it was exclusively a place for academics and researchers to come together and share information. Nowadays, the Internet is a much more exciting place since it's now home to many different businesses and brands. What about those who work in this space? It turns out that we're often overlooked as part of the digital economy. This has created a new virtual office for writers to create content for themselves and others.
