My Journey Building an OnlyFans Agency

What I learned helping creators scale their earnings — and the mistakes I made along the way

When I started B9 Agency, I had no playbook. No connections in the creator economy. No team. Just a belief that most OnlyFans creators were leaving serious money on the table — and that the right systems could change that. This is the story of how I built an OnlyFans management agency from nothing, what actually worked, and the lessons I learned the hard way.

The Problem I Saw

Creators were burning out everywhere I looked. They'd post content, respond to DMs for hours, try to market themselves on Reddit and TikTok, handle payments, deal with content leaks — all while trying to maintain some semblance of a normal life. The ones making real money either had a team behind them or were working 16-hour days and heading straight toward exhaustion.

I remember talking to one creator who was making decent money — around $8K a month —but she was miserable. She'd wake up to 200+ unread messages, spend her entire morning catching up, film content in the afternoon, then stay up until 2am responding to fans again. She told me she hadn't taken a day off in seven months.

Meanwhile, most "agencies" I came across were taking 50-70% cuts and delivering little more than generic advice anyone could find on YouTube. Creators deserved better than that. They deserved actual partners who understood the platforms, the algorithms, and what it takes to grow sustainably.

Starting With Nothing

The first three months were brutal. I reached out to creators on Reddit, offered free consultations, and got ignored 95% of the time. Most people assumed I was a scammer —and honestly, I don't blame them. The space is full of people making big promises and delivering nothing.

I probably sent over 300 messages before getting my first real conversation. My inbox was basically a graveyard of "not interested" replies and people leaving me on read. But the 5% who responded taught me everything I needed to know about what creators actually struggle with.

I learned that creators don't need another person telling them to "post more consistently." They need someone handling their DMs at 3am when fans are most active.

They need content strategies based on actual performance data, not guesses. They need someone who genuinley understands how the platforms work and what converts browsers into paying subscribers.

What Actually Worked

We stopped selling advice and started building systems. Not vague "strategies" — actual repeatable workflows that produced results:

- 24/7 chatting teams trained specifically on each creator's voice and boundaries

- Content calendars built around what actually performs, not arbitrary posting schedules

- Reddit and social media promotion methods that don't get accounts banned

- Transparent pricing where we take a reasonable percentage, not a controlling stake in someone's business

The creators who trusted us early saw real results. One went from $3K per month to $18K in just 90 days. Another doubled her subscriber count while actually working fewer hours than before. These weren't flukes — they were the result of systems that work.

The Hardest Lesson

Not every creator is a good fit for agency management. Some want overnight success without putting in any work. Some aren't ready to treat their OnlyFans like a real business. Some just need more time to figure out what they want. We had one creator who joined, ignored every suggestion we made, then blamed us when her numbers didn't magically double in two weeks. That experience taught me a lot about setting expectations upfront.

We've learned to be selective about who we work with. It sounds counterintuitive when you're trying to grow, but saying no to the wrong creators is better for everyone involved. Bad fits lead to frustration on both sides and results that neither party is happy with.

Where We Are Now

That's why I built https://b9-agency.com — to help creators who are genuinely serious about growth. We're not the biggest agency out there. We're not trying to be. We focus specifically on creators who want a real partnership, not just someone to take a cut of their earnings.

If you're a creator stuck at a plateau, or burning out trying to do everything yourself, I've been there. I've talked to hundreds of creators in the same situation. And I built B9 specifically to solve that problem.

The creator economy isn't slowing down. But succeeding in it requires more than just showing up. It requires systems, support, and people who actually give a damn. That's what we provide.
