Dear Customers
Let me start this off by saying, if you think that this letter isn’t for you, it’s probably for you. I’m not about to be nice, because one thing is for sure: I’m tired. This is for every customer who has yelled at an employee and made them cry or destroyed a display to set their drink down. This is for the people who believe that retail workers are beneath them, and that they can treat us like garbage because of that. So sit back and listen, because you need to get the education that you tend to believe we don’t have.

The Life of an Actress
Just a few days ago, I was running around New York City—battling the freezing rain, character shoes, and all. I was holding on to my rep book for dear life, and I swear my resume was screaming "HELP!!!!" as my headshot tore into my soul with it's dead eyes. You know exactly what I'm talking about, too. Ever see a headshot with a lively smile but 'please-let-this-be-over-I-hate-this-CAN-WE-ADD-A-FILTER-TO-THIS-CAN-YOU-PHOTOSHOP-MY-BIG-NOSE' eyes? If you haven't, go look up some bad headshots and laugh with me. Anyway, so I'm out here looking a damn mess.

Work From Home Jobs
Indeed is the most trustworthy website there is for work from home jobs. Legitimate work from home gigs exist sure, but not every website is legitimate. If you do not get a response from a website that promises work from home jobs, then that’s a scam. But if you get a response, the work from home job is real. Don’t buy it if companies send you a check pretending it is your money. Some prey on innocent people with this sort of scam as I was scammed like this last year. I believed the check was real, but the bank said it was fraudulent. I got my account back filing a police report on the culprit.

Why I Decided to Become a Teacher
We are running out of teachers. Good, passionate, serious teachers. Either they’re simply growing older and caring less or the younger ones are giving up way too easily. Most people look at me funny or try to change my mind when I tell them I’m currently studying to become an English teacher; a high school educator, to boot. Time after time I hear: “Oh! Are you SURE you want to teach? I mean, in this day and age you’d be so disrespected and the kids are insane.” When as a matter of fact, those same reasons you wouldn’t be a part of the school system, are the reasons I will be.

How to Decide Whether to Change Jobs
In the past, finding and following a career path was easy. Once an individual selected their specific life track, they simply followed that singular choice through to the finish line. Unfortunately, today’s world is much more complicated, with the average individual making approximately four to seven career changes before settling into a more permanent position. Especially with the current emphasis on achieving a solid work-life balance, finding the perfect job is critical in achieving absolute happiness and life satisfaction. As a result, it feels like everyone is constantly changing jobs, making a lot of us wonder if it is time we do too.

Generation Like,a documentary on the effects of "likes" on our generation and our world, investigates the effects of social media on millennials and how they interact with content and other people. It also focuses on how companies are using this information to sell their product, whether it is a movie, show, person, brand, or physical product. Here I will look at those effects, activities, reactions, and the ethicality of millennial’s and company’s use of social media and the drive for likes and how that effects you.

5 Ways to Tell It's Time for a Career Change
It is sometimes difficult for us to see when we are ready for a change in our lives. If we just take a step back and assess the situation, we usually get a better perspective. I spent years of my life thinking I was happy and in a longterm career only to realize it was actually the reason for all the suffering I was feeling. From personal experience, I can say that it can sometimes be impossible to tell the difference between the need for a career change or just going through a phase of boredom.

'The Rundown'
"This just in..." Many are familiar with the reporter schtick of sticking their finger into their ear when they're live on scene of a crime, a protest or even a festival. There's no predicting it. Every day brings a brand new lead, with a brand new idea of what the show looks like—from graphics, to camera shots and the all-so-important social media tie-ins.
