Very happy with this product. Surprisingly so. While I prefer ground coffee, this has made life easier once I found pods that I like enough. For darker roast pods I use 10 oz. Medium roast pods, I use 8 oz or perhaps use stronger brew button. Others have mentioned splattering. It never happens for me because I use a travel mug for work and if I am staying at home, I pour it into a coffee cup at home, after brewing. Perfect! No hassles.

I bought this to replace a similar Keurig mini model. I like the three size options and that it has a reservoir for water, which my other model did not have. It also brews instantly (my old one had to heat the water first, then brew).
