I wake up and drink a Bones Coffee Co. Carrot Cake. Shelby and I watch The Amazing Spider-Man on Netflix.

I journal and post on Vocal.

More back pain today.

I heard the verdict of the Depp vs. Heard trial. This is a huge blow for women and abuse victims everywhere. I post about it and lose some friends on Facebook. That's fine. Good riddance. Depp was a proven abuser in court, but now Heard gets punished for even talking about it without mentioning his name. Lots of victims are already withdrawing from their cases. We have taken a huge step backf rom Me Too.

I shower with Bourbon, 2-n-1, Head and Shoulders, Shampoo/Conditioner. Then I lather myself with Duke Cannon Buffalo Trace Bourbon Soap and rinse. I then smother myself with body wash: Duke Canon THICK Bourbon Bodywash. After rinsing I rinse my hair. Then I use my Duke Cannon Buffalo Trace Bourbon Plant-Based Beard Wash. I rinse. I dry and comb my red beard with its elegant white streaks.

I put on Axe Apollo Fresh Stick, because they were out of Phoenix.

I heat filtered, water to 203 Degrees Fahrenheit in my black, Fellow EKG Gooseneck Kettle and steep two teaspoons of Hojicha Roasted Green Tea for three minutes in my Mike Wazowski mug. I purchased the tea at The Tea Table online. I highly recommend them.

I sip my tea and FaceTime my parents. Then I put on Big Bourbon Beard Balm and Bourbon Cologne Balm.

We watch Sex Education. I have a smoothie and raw almonds. We're running out of everything, but we have no money to get groceries.

I brush my teeth and have another Carrot Cake Coffee. I check the mail, and I don't have anything.

We watch more Sex Education, and I have a Dragon's Milk Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout. The last of my stores.

Shelby orders O'Cado. I get a brat and mac n' cheese with Chimichurri fries on the side.

I don't have any alcohol and I normally stay away from pot, because it gives me a huge amount of anxiety, but I need something, so Shelby and I smoke a little.

We come back and watch more Sex Education. I have a 7-Up and feel like shit. Shouldn't have smoked. I'm really depressed, but at least I'm not freaking out like I did awhile back. We finish season 1. Overall I really liked it. I think my favorite character is the erotic writer and artist. She was really funny.

I lie down for a bit, while Shelby watches What Happens In Vegas. I have a hard time watching this movie, because they're just mean to each other the entire time.

Then we go to bed.

I have trouble sleeping again. I really can't sleep without whiskey, which is bad, but it's so much easier to fall asleep. Without whiskey I'm alone with my thoughts. Such negative thoughts that it just keeps me up. Shelby and I talk for awhile and cuddle. I start to get sleepy and drift off.

And that's it.
