RV Sales Warriors;

This is and will be THE MOST IMPORTANT post you will read today!!

It's regarding your future! It's regarding the approach you will take when first joining a SALES TEAM as the "NEW ASSOCIATE!"

It has EVERYTHING to do with your personal characteristics, attitude and approach to both your personal life and professional career.

WARNING! You will be under CONSTANT SCRUTINY and EXAMINATION the moment you enter the sales office.

Not only by the ENTIRE SALES MANAGEMENT TEAM AND SALES ASSOCIATE TEAM but the entire staff at that location.

YOUR EVERY MOVE!! YOUR EVERY THOUGHT!! YOUR EVERY STATEMENT! HOW YOU EAT YOUR LUNCH!! IT WILL ALL BE EXAMINED!!

HOW LONG WILL THIS EXAMINATION TAKE? That is up to you and your approach!!

BUT ONE THING IS AN ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY!!

If you are going to pursue a professional sales career in the RV Industry and become a SALES WARRIOR you must adhere and admit to the following request!

I PROMISE NOT TO BE "THAT PERSON!"

I WILL NOT BE A BOTTOM FEEDER!!

What is a "BOTTOM FEEDER?"

Let me provide a first a general description and then follow that up with some descriptions from a few of my fellow members of OUR SALES TEAM!

DEFINITION OF A BOTTOM FEEDER:

A LEECH, or in other words a total lack of responsibility to provide for oneself.

Relies heavily upon friends, neighbors or anyone really for sustenance. a slacker through and through.

Bart(fictional character!) wakes up and thinks to himself, "dang, I don't have any money still" so he leaves his wallet at home on purpose and later says to his friends, "Whoops, I forgot my wallet today again, could you please buy my lunch again?" what a bottom feeder!!

DEFINITION OF A LEECH: (just in case you were not aware of this even deeper description of a BOTTOM FEEDER!)

One who constantly takes from others without giving anything in return.

A person who has more or less failed in life and is at peace with it.

"He's a no-good bottom feeder!"

AND AS PROMISED: Descriptive definitions from my FELLOW RV SALES WARRIOR TEAMMATES!!

WARRIOR ONE: "A loser is one who profits from the fortunes of others. A low or despicable person!"

WARRIOR TWO: "The absolute lowest and filthiest form of life, that is so much of a scumball makes your skin crawl!"

DON'T BE THIS GUY: GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BOTTOM FEEDER TEAMMATE!!

- WARRIOR SALES TEAM orders lunch as a team. Bottom feeder states he has "NO MONEY", but orders BBQ lunch for himself delivered with UBER EATS!!

- WARRIOR SALES TEAM: Of the other (7) members of the team, EVERYONE consistently shows up on time or early. BOTTOM FEEDER consistently shows up at least (15) minutes late and leaves a minimum of (20) minutes early!!

- BOTTOM FEEDER: Is a sickly individual to begin with but was recently out for over (3) weeks. The WARRIOR SALES TEAM puts together a $300 package of gifts to help him get through until paycheck time. ANY "THANK YOU" in any form back to the WARRIOR SALES TEAM from this individual would have been highly appreciated!!! But NO!! NOTHING!!

- WARRIOR TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES: The WARRIOR SALES TEAM has showroom, yard, opening and closing and management request responsibilities on an on-going daily basis. Not only DOES THIS BOTTOM FEEDER not assist the other members of the team with these duties, HE JUST NEVER EVEN asks if he can ASSIST IN ANY FORM!!

STOP!!

Yes! Does the management team need to step in and state to this BOTTOM FEEDER that he is NOT ENDURING HIMSELF to the other team members?

Yes and No! It's a "SURVIVAL" type of environment and the WEAK will not survive!!

AND YES!! The other members of the WARRIOR SALES TEAM have pushed him but he has clearly stated that he is in this by HIMSELF!!

LAST EXAMPLE OF A BOTTOM FEEDER:

Sales Manager recently had some scheduling conflicts and could not find anyone to close on a Saturday night. The Sales Manager came into the sales office and asked if anyone would volunteer to close. Several came to the forefront but it was ultimately decided that the ENTIRE WARRIOR SALES TEAM would stay and close. WHAT AN AWESOME CONCEPT AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY.

THE BOTTOM FEEDERS RESPONSE: Under his breath of course but since I sit next to him I heard it loud and clear....."F...this! I'm leaving when my shift is over!!"

PLEASE!! PLEASE!!! PLEASE!! DON'T BE THIS GUY!!
