When I started my journey as an entrepreneur, I never thought I would end up changing the way people book home cleaning services. Life often surprises us by turning everyday frustrations into innovative solutions. I'm Alex Tul, co-founder of Rozie.app, a platform designed to make home cleaning easier, clearer, and more trustworthy.

How It All Started

The idea for Rozie came from a simple observation: traditional home cleaning services were outdated and complicated. In a world where people could easily order food or hail a ride with just one tap, booking a cleaning service still involved endless phone calls, unclear pricing, and unreliable outcomes. I found it frustrating that such a common service hadn’t evolved with the times.

Rozie was born out of this very frustration. I saw a clear need for a better way to book home cleaning services a method that was transparent, straightforward, and as simple as ordering pizza or calling a taxi. My conversations with friends and family confirmed that I wasn't alone in experiencing these frustrations. Their stories highlighted a broader issue: people desired convenience, clarity, and reliability in everyday services.

We live in an era of instant convenience and digital connectivity, where people expect services quickly and reliably. Despite this, home cleaning services seemed stuck in the past. Rozie changed that completely. With Rozie, finding and booking a trusted cleaner became easy and stress-free. All you have to do is open the app, tap once, and a reliable cleaner arrives at your door, with clear pricing and verified quality.

Launching Rozie in Malta was our first big test. It was incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact the app had on people’s daily lives. Our users experienced less stress, clearer schedules, and cleaner homes without the typical hassles and uncertainties of traditional cleaning services. As we grew, we continuously listened to feedback, improving Rozie step-by-step to ensure it remained user-friendly and intuitive.

More Than Just an App

Although Rozie uses advanced technology, our main focus is always on people. Every day, our users trust us to handle something deeply personal their homes. At the same time, our cleaners depend on us for their livelihoods. This has strengthened my belief that technology should always support human relationships, making life better and easier rather than more complicated.
