How Much Money Does A Tiktok Creator Make?
The richest TIKTOK creators can be worth over $1 million in net worth. However, how much do TIKTOK creators actually make?

TIKTOK isn’t the same as being a verified celebrity. Such as CR7 who can expect to receive over $1m per post. Although, on the rare occasion they can make large amounts of money for very little effort and time requirement.
Most creators, though, don’t have 6 figures in the bank. Some fans just assume they have made a sizeable amount of money due to their popularity, status and statistics achieved from their views.
So how much does a TIKTOK creator actually make? Is the pay per view good or bad? What are the revenue streams? How can a TIKTOK creator ensure the income is stable? I am a TIKTOK creator with over 500k followers which is the milestone that is important before 1m+ and I am going to reveal some variables.
In order to understand to understand how much TIKTOK creators make, you have to understand the different ways they can make money.

Most TIKTOKERS that do this ‘full time’ are part of the creator fund. The creator fund was only available to content creators with over 100k followers and a minimum amount of views per month. However, it is now available to anyone with over 10k followers. There are information sources online that suggest creators earn around 2 to 3 cents per 1000 views but how much did I make from this video? Read and scroll to the bottom for the answer. If you would like a chance to win a personalised gift handmade by me. Write the answer on the video advertisement on Tiktok.
On average, a Tiktoker that achieved 10 million views in a month would earn around 100 pound in a month meaning your yearly value might be just over 4 figures. I can honestly say that if you are planning to make a living from Tiktok just from the creator fund you are living in cloud cuckoo land.
How much do TIKTOKERS earn from advertisement and challenge opportunities?
Firstly, let’s do the maths to show the value of paying a creator more than potentially 1 to 2 pence per 1000 views. As an Engineer this isn’t a challenge to explain. There are 3600 seconds in 1 hour and 86400 seconds in a day. Therefore, if we say minimum wage for a person for their time is around 100 pound a day you could say that a video that is 10 seconds long and gets 8640 views should be worth up to 100 pounds. Knowing that their needs to be a margin for the business, marketing and promotion costs you could assume this would leave 10 to 20 percent for the creator meaning they could earn around £1 to £2 per 1000 views which is far more sustainable to make a Content Creator consider this a full time profession.
Without going in to too much detail, I can confirm that I have had opportunities that can allow you to earn between 1 and 10 pound per 1000 views but these can be rather infrequent. If you’d like me to go into more detail about this in the future please message me on instagram at gingeryoddha_sg sg stands for special ginger or leave a message on my YouTube Channel Ginger Yoddha.
Unfortunately the advertisement opportunities I have received although would be a good amount of money for someone who is young and still living with their parents, someone who has responsibility and a mortgage they aren’t sufficient to warrant participation.
Affiliate marketing has a limitless potential and creators can earn between 1- 20 commission on average. The best can negotiate 50% if they’re shroud. Balancing this alongside doing your normal content can be a challenge and doesn’t suit all TIKTOK accounts.
Soooo, how much did I make from the 31 million view Dinero video? I worked out at the time based on 30 days of data that I earned £349.06 for the video. If you can comment on the video that I advertised this article the pence per 1000 views to 3 decimal places I will pick at random a winner for some merch.
If you found this useful. Please feel free to tip and show your appreciation.
