Why Your Post on a Topic May Go Unread (And What You Can Do Instead)
Here is the truth; if you’re not a celebrity like Elon Musk or Donald Trump people aren’t into your personal thoughts.
They turn to you for a solution which they have in hand, out of the issues they are dealing with at present.
Don’t rush reading. First, read this carefully.
If I told you that a single tweet could make you $40, would you believe me? Yeah, I wouldn’t have either - until I actually did it. I turned this into a real side hustle that gave me financial freedom in less than a month.

Here’s the hard truth: If you are not solving your audience\'s problems with what you write you are a waste of their time and their attention.
Sure, here are your four easy solutions:.
1. Present the problem first (and then the solution).
At the start of the solution with “Here’s what I did to solve my issue” comes off very presumptuous, which isn’t endearing. We have a lot of self styled gurus online, but how is it that your readers know you’re the real deal? Did you find the answer via a quick google search, or have you lived this struggle yourself?
Instead we will start off by going into great detail on the issue at hand. Presenting it fully from a rational as well as emotional perspective. For example:.
If out of many nonfiction writers which few are doing well financially you are one of them which is rare. We also see that writing great content and running a successful business from that are very different things.
This is the start of the relationship.
2. Focus on what results you get.
People are after what is real; what we see played out.
For example: For instance:.
- How to better your relationship in 3 steps (What is better defined?.
- To be that which your partner can’t keep their hands off of (very specific, tangible and compelling).
An outcome is a large scale change which may be seen years into the future (e.g. better relationship dynamic). A result is a short term and very noticeable action (e.g. more passion today). The more that we in writing report out results the more that we will see our audience grow.
3. Give Clear Instructions (No Overload of options).
Your audience is not after a variety of options; they want the solution.
They know which of the dozens of options available to them. They are reading this article in hope of finding that one which is best. If you give too many choices instead of a clear path, they will go elsewhere to a which gives what they are looking for.
4. Present Findings (Not Just Data).
We are saturated with info. What people want are new angles which are fresh to them.
Insight transforms action. Data only takes up space.
For example: For instance:.
- Here are 5 tips for productivity. (Generic).
- Sure thing! "What is time management -- and what does work." (Insightful).
If out of the many writers that struggle for money that is what I did. I spent 7 years as a professional musician which in the end did not pay off because I lacked in business skills. But after I dedicated myself to the study of entrepreneurship for that same 7 years I am now able to help writers turn their craft into a living.
Bottom line: Resolve issues, produce results, to the point, and present in depth that is what we ask of you. Do it and our readers will keep returning.
